Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay My stay here was great. It's In a great location easy access to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and public transportation. Taking the bus is only .75cents per person excellent!! Way better than the taxi prices. The only fault I will give the room is poor lightning in the bathroom. It needs a brighter light in there. But the hotel is clean and comfortable. June 21, 2016

Also close to the cruise port, so we were very happy we stayed here the night before our cruise. Short cab ride to Old San Juan. We will definitely stay here again when we are in San Juan. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel I wanted to stay at a big named hotel during my trip. It was a nice hotel, but the parking situation was less than desirable, as was the free continental breakfast. The staff was great, though, and very attentive to all of our needs during our stay. I would definitely stay here again. June 9, 2016

The trolley or bus is also five minutes away. They have parking across the street that charges about $16 a day. Their breakfast is great and the rooms are very nice. May 30, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DissapointedGuest As a business traveler, this hotel doesn't comply with the Holiday Inn standards that I'm used to. Probably because this is a tourist spot and people don't care about standards. The dining area is dirty, a mess, can't find a sitting space during breakfast peak hours, and almost served the same menu every day. The carpets are really dirty, as well as the elevator. Taxi drivers are at the hotel entrance chatting all the time and blocking the free flow of guests. The bathroom even lacks where to hang towels and there is barely space for toiletries. Poor housekeeping because floors are tiles and you can not hide dirt or lack of cleaning. Very high table to work in room and no ergonomic chair. The hotel looks dirty and messy. I'm not sure if IGH ever does routine checks of their facilities! May 24, 2016
