Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent Staffs I arrived at the hotel for check in but quest services (Mariah) could not find my reservation. Looked through my email for confirmation and realized it was booked for the night before. Mariah was able to get me room for that night but I was told that the reservation I had for the night before would be charged to my CC. Mariah reached out to her manager. Her manager her an OK not to charge it because I am a longer time IHG member. I thank you her for that. Mariah was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is one of my favorite hotel to stay when I am in the are. December 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Place to Stay I always stay at this site when I'm in the Richmond- San Pablo area. The units are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and responsive to my needs. The only issue that occurred during this visit was that the television provider (Comcast) did not carry the CBS stations and its affiliates. I could not watch the sports and particular the football game that was played on that channel. That was a 'huge' disappointment. The standard television channels should be carried at 'all' hotels; ABC, NBC and CBS. The others are just 'gravy.' I had to visit a friend's home to view certain programs particularly 'Judge Judy' which is a 'favorite.' Otherwise the stay was pleasant and comfortable as always. December 4, 2014

I had got upgraded to the Jacuzzi suite and it was fabulous! Huge room, huge Jacuzzi and huge two person shower. December 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No Drama I travel a lot for business and what is important to me is ease of my overal stay. San Pablo staff checks me in and out without a fuss. I am always greeted by name when I arrive back. My questions or needs are addressed in a simple and confident manner. This is by far one of the most accommodating properties I stay at. Note: No comment on breakfast as I have not participated. I'm sure it is fine as well. November 24, 2014
