I arrived to the hotel and the front desk staff was really nice, however, there was no compementary snack or welcome as an IHG member.

Si ustedes son gente de negocios, encontrara en en este Hotel un lugar para llegar a dscansar despues de un día de trabajo. Excelente habitación y un excelente servicio.

I haven't stayed at this hotel for some time as I've found the hit water situation very iffy. Again this stay there was no hot water so I couldn't shower. The manage came up and verified the situation. They only reduced my bill by $17. I will never stay here again.

Bathrooms need maintenance as well as fixing. At the room I stayed in had the towel racks loose and some light bulbs where burned or missing

When we got to the hotel the welcome was amazing by the Front Desk Staff; the people that work there makes the difference. The Quality of the room is not very high; they should improve a lot because of the Hotel Brand. Very bad quality of the items in the room, not even coffee there and there is no ice machine available for the gust. But the worst part is like they never get IHG members there, they have no idea about it because there is no recognition for us as members of IHG. No welcome pack, no preference, nothing at all. The hotel operator there should improve on the quality of the service that they provide. For me and my family, the Front Desk Staff is a 100 points service, but the room quality makes it bad combination. Also I do now that the breakfast is an extra, but let me tell you that you can do much better. That is not a way to serve a meal. You can do much better not offering this breakfast. Really bad.
