Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Reception Staff Reception staff gave me mixed feelings. Some were exceptionally great but others seemed annoyed by guests who are the very reason why the hotel was set-up. December 17, 2014

The staff were consistently friendly and effective, and the breakfast buffet was certainly above average. (Written by a man who has spent a full 2 years of his life in hotels.) November 28, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel section was good Sort out the restaurant outside with regards to dinner. Ensure that breakfast starts at 06h00. Working in JHB and the traveling makes it difficult to leave late in th emorning, thus it is crucial to eat breakfast earlier. I left withhout having anything to eat November 6, 2014
