Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Review Overall, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was chaotic, the pancake machine was broken and there was inadequate seating for the number of guests in the hotel. The breakfast staff did not seem very accommodating (standing in the break room and not replenishing food items). At one point, a gentleman whom I witnessed performing various duties throughout the hotel, showed up and put out more food. However, there was a women in the break room who was not as attentive or friendly. It seemed to be she should've been taking care of the breakfast area. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, but the breakfast situation needs to be given some attention. January 5, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable stay and unprofessional staff For those looking for a decent hotel for the price stay away!!! Spend the extra few dollars a night a find a better hotel. Front desk staff seemed lackluster and befuddled by normal daily tasks. Check-in was extremely slow. Housekeeping could not speak english. The hotel is very dated!! The bathroom area smells rancid everytime you run the water or flush the toilet, had to purchase room deodorizer to minimize the stench. The room was dirty upon check-in there was a sticky mess left on the desk, along with a half eaten banana in the ice bucket that the housekeeping staff clearly overlooked when servicing the room after previous guests left before our arrival as well as during our visit. The rotten banana will probably still be in the ice bucket for the next guests that occupy the room. The beds are hard and sheets are scratchy. Additionally don't expect housekeeping to come at the same time each day, don't even expect the front desk staff to know the routine cleaning schedule- the answer I received was "I don't know because i'm not here at that time i'm at home in my bed sleeping." "They don't have a set time, each person on the staff is different and it depends on the person." Additionally!! If you have a child with special needs BEWARE!!! The front desk clerk was about to call the police on hotel guests with an autistic child because one of his guardians was trying to keep him contained until the rest of the hotel party arrived in the lobby. Even after asking the man if the child was ok and the guardian responding with telling her the child was autistic the front desk clerk made snide and crude remarks stating if it had only been the guardian and the child she would have definitely dialed the police- and that there are about 10 cameras that will take care of that. As if to imply some type of wrongdoing or mischief. Keep in mind that these are hotel guests that have paid for a room. The entire time the front desk clerk was in the midst of providing me with clean towels and stopped to tend to an issue that wasn't even an issue and made the snide and crude comments in front of me about the hotel guests with the autistic child. Very unprofessional. Overally stay away!! December 30, 2014
