Good place for us to stay - convenient location - comfortable beds - lovely room - fairly quiet - good breakfast choices except for overly sweet apple & orange juice. We will stay here again.

I am and have been a Platnium member for a very long time. I was disapointed in this HIE. My room was not serviced the first night there and when I asked about it at the front desk they were very disorginized and could not come up with any sort of answer for me. I was told I would get an explanation but never did. The price was very high for a HIE in my opion

When we arrived we were sent to the wrong room that was occupied by another quest. In the room the air conditioner was the loudest unit that I have ever heard. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod. the shower curtain was torn in several places. There was a hand print on the wall above the toilet. I have stayed at Holliday Inn Express quite often, this one is the worst by far.

We stayed 2 nights and had not stayed there since march 2010. They had done major renovations since then and we really enjoyed everything they had done. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having two large screen TVs and a seperate lounging area seperate from the sleeping area. The staff was very friendly and their service was excellent. We did not have one complaint and look forward to staying there again.

Everything was nice except for when the AC/Heater kicked on the fan was horribly loud and would wake all of us up. We finally turned it off and then when we woke up in the morning it was freezing in the room. We even called the front desk and they said that they get that complaint a lot and that's just the way those heaters are!!!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and provided great customer service. We were acknowledged us upon arriving and departing the hotel each time during our stay. They were able to meet our reservation needs, and provide competitive rates. Overall the location was great for each to the interstate and access to the mountains.

The staff is great! Everyone was nice, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. My room was right next to the elevator and I never heard it come and go. Although there was some consruction being done I never saw it, only heard it during my mid afternoon check in.
This porperty is close to a large variety of eateries and shopping as well. It's a good value. I'd stay there again!

We booked this hotel for a short ski vacation to Alta. I travel extensively and do my research before booking a room, so I don't have much patience for poor service or bad accommodations. I had noticed some poor ratings from guests who had stayed during the renovations last year (duh! What did they expect?) so we called the hotel and were informed that the "renno" was complete. We decided to book a room for 3 nights. The first pleasant surprise was that we arrived at 1030am (well ahead of normal check-in time) and Andrew from the front desk said he had a room available!
The next pleasant surprise was the location...25min drive from Alta, tons of restaurants and everything else you might need (Starbucks!) within walking distance. It was a great stay overall, but special kudos to the staff and most especially Andrew at the front desk...Thanks, Andy, for such a pleasant experience. We'll be back next year!!
