Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A/C didn't do it Checking in, I asked if our motor home could be parked where it was and was told that I could park it anywhere...we were the guests. Great response. Nice, clean room, but the A/C, located near the sofa and desk, did not make it to the bed area. We set it on 65 and although it indicated that the temp was at 65, it was probably closer to 75 near the beds. The breakfast was more than we expected and was very good. October 7, 2013

The staff is nice, the rooms are always clean...just a reliably good place to stay. We always go over to Carvers (walking distance) for dinner - food can't be beat - ask for Angie, the best server ever! Convenient to shopping. September 25, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No hot water and room not cleaned For starters there was a large sticky spot on the floor in front of one of the beds that when we walked on our shoes would stick to so we had to lay a towel down for the enitre weekend. Also my one year old slept in the bed with me and my husband slept in the other bed while my nine year old slept on the pull out couch, the maids only made up the first bed every day they never touched the other two beds the entire time. I hope you enjoy taking cold showers too because after one shower the water turns cold so if you have more than one person staying in a room only the person that takes a shower first will have semi hot water, everyone after that gets cold showers. Have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels and have never had one be this dirty and unmaintained. In one room we had no hot water, one room no air conditioning and one the tub would not drain besides not clean. September 8, 2013

I asked at checkin for a room with a wheel inn shower....was told that was the room we had....surprise, bathtub and no way to take a shower. so for those of you who do not need accessibility, good place, good location, breakfast good. All of your employees were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Kudos to the woman who prepared the breakfast bar. It was always stocked full and immaculately clean. August 25, 2013

We have traveled quite a bit and have NEVER stayed in beds so comfortable-- and no scratchy sheets (my biggest pet-peeve)!! Honestly everything was great! The best part I must say was the friendly staff! Everyone we encountered was VERY friendly and helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. How often does that really happen??!! This was the first time we have ever stayed at a Holiday Inn, but it will most definitely not be the last!! A really big thank you to the staff!! August 14, 2013

We had a large comfortable room, with a sitting area separate from the bedroom area. We even had two TV sets. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. You will want to stay here just to enjoy the WARM cinnamon rolls served as part of a hot continental breakfast! August 12, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front-Desk Kindness I had suffered through one of those travel days. Delayed flights coming from back east, and I was late arriving in Utah and at the hotel. It was almost midnight when I rolled in. I only wanted to grab something to eat at the Wendy's across the street and go to bed. The sainted Virginia, the front-desk clerk that night, noticed how tired I was and couldn't have been kinder, going out of her way to make sure that my arrival was seamless and easy. As a Gold Priority Club member, she gave me a room upgrade, and she was truly apologetic that there were no cookies in my welcome gift bag. So chagrined was Virginia about the lack of cookies that I could only laugh at her concern over a hotel guest not getting his cookies. I know, I know. The horror! I had a great experience at this hotel. It was convenient to my work, and the room was clean, nice and quiet. Definitely a winning combination. And a front-desk clerk who made me feel welcome really does make a difference. August 8, 2013

The only draw back to this location is that it needs another guest laundry (there is one on the ground floor-but it was busy all night) and the chlorine level was so high in the pool that I had to leave the area because my eyes were burning. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wow! Stayed in 3 Holiday Inn Express hotels on our ten day trip, Arizona, California, and this one in Utah. Definitely the best of the bunch. We had two tv's in our room and a sitting area for my wife to do her homework. We got in late and no one was at the front desk but there was a sign saying they would be right back. Waited 4-5 minutes and got checked in so I assume they must have been helping someone else. Breakfast the next morning was the same variety served elsewhere but everything was stocked despite being busy (a problem we ran into elsewhere). This hotel is dog friendly which made me wish I had my dogs with me! Best part was the price, much less than our other hotels and better facilities, by far! We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area. July 15, 2013

There were a lot of people staying at the hotel, but overall the hotel was very quite. The location was literally across the street from the mall and other shopping locations. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Hotel We stayed here one night on our way to Idaho. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel was quiet. We utilized both the fitness center and the pool area and my only complaint was the temperatures of the pool and spa. The spa was super hot and the pool was pretty cold, especially being an indoor pool. But my kids enjoyed it anyway, even with chattering teeth. Service was excellent and we would not only stay here again, but also highly recommend it. Close to stores, restaurants and fun stuff to do. July 12, 2013

Other than hearing the kids above bouncing basketballs this was a great place to stay. The staff was all very attentive and professional. Would highly recommend it. Never regret it and will stay again and again in the future. I stayed in this hotel because I am a Priority Club. It turned to be the best choice of the year. I went there for a Consultant Job. ot to see the beach by walking the walk-way. Foods (ate on 6 different restaurants) were great, including breakfasts in this Hotel. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hot tub overflowing. We picked this hotel for its location, on our road trip to Las Vegas. Hotel is in a great location, and room was super comfortable. Service was excellent as well. Only one downside, was that after an 18 hour drive to the hotel, all five of us were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub. We went into the pool / hot tub area to find that some kids had put soap in the hot tub, which has make it overflow with bubbles, and they were in the process of scooping the bubbles out and putting it in the pool. This is by no means the hotel's fault, and the next day when we left, the hot tub was drained of water. That was my only disppointment, and I don't know how practical this is, but you can see the pool / hot tub area from the front desk, maybe it would be possible for the front desk to keep on eye on it?? We will definitely stay here again on our next road trip to Vegas. May 20, 2013
