The rooms were clean and well appointed--and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial. Our grandchildren loved the pool. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by the front desk is so helpful and always smiling we always are tired when we get to the hotel. the smiling faces and friendly attitudes are so welcome. Means so much to us as we arrive. this is about our 12th year staying at this Sanford,NC location for Easter. a good half way mark for our family coming up from Florida and our family from Virginia. we have alot of relatives from the NC area that can drive over and we visit. it is great. the new modeling that has been done is wonderful the lunch room is so clean and the food is good and fresh the beds are comfy too. highly recommend this hotel . As an example, when I was checking out at 4:30 am to catch a flight, the desk clerk made sure I had something to drink before I left, opening up the coffee and juice bar in the breakfast area. There were a few issues with the room. The curtain rod in the shower was loose and sagged in the middle and the bed seemed small. The blanket would not completely cover me and I slept diagonally on the bed so my feet didn't hang off the end. April 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Favorite hotel We stay here exclusively when visiting our son and his family at nearby Fort Bragg. We always request top floor away from noise sources such as elevators and vending, and we are always accomodated. We also have a small dog, and they welcome her, providing some necessities and luxuries for her, which we really appreciate. The breakfast is very good and served by people who are joys to interact with. Angie is a hands-on manager who sets a very good example to her staff. As a result, the whole staff seems to be of superior quality. We really like it here. April 4, 2015
