Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Only stay here if you have no other choice The corridor outside the rooms has concrete floors, whenever someone walks past with a suitcase, you can hear it - it sounds as loud as a training going past. Internet is intermittent and the front desk can not be bothered to take a phone call if it is late in the evening. August 20, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stopping Point for Us We liked the hotel and stayed in it twice within the same trip up and back to Northern California. Our first stay we were downstairs and the person upstairs woke us up very early in the morning stomping back and forth in their room. The second time we requested an upstairs room and never heard a thing. Much better. The pool was absolutely wonderful and we spent a lot of time in it. The breakfast was pretty good except for the eggs which were watery. I also like flavored creamer for my coffee, but they didn't have any, just the plain creamer. But there were a lot of good choices for breakfast. The only downside to our stay (which had nothing to do with the hotel) was that we found it challenging to find a decent restaurant for dinner other than fast food. DO NOT EAT AT THE RESTAURANT IN THE TRUCK STOP. TERRIBLE FOOD!!! ALL OF IT. We will stay at this hotel again on our next trip up the state. August 18, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by shower tub drain plugged there were 3 of us seniors. one 87, one 80 and one 77. I asked for a room on the first floor. they said they were all full. They said we have elevator you can use. so they put us in a room at the end of the upstairs about 250 ft. from the elevator. so you have to walk with a walker 250 ft. to use the elevator and then about 350 ft. to get breakfast. it looks like they want to make it hard on senior's. shower drain was plugged up with hair. called front desk, they can't have any one to get to it. so I pulled the drain plug out and pulled some of the hair out so the water could drain. I live in senior community with over 7200 people over 55 yrs. I posted on our web sight, warning do not use this hotel. August 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A quick Visit My grand daughter, who travels with us, made a gaming acquaintance on line with a young man that lives in Santa Nella. We were returning from an insect hunting expedition in the Southwest and thought it would be fun to stop by and meet him. Granted, Santa Nella is not exactly a go- to destination, but it was on the route home so we stopped and met him and his mother, and took him out to dinner at Anderson's. It was slightly strange, but our granddaughter assured us that he was a polite young man and he turned out to be that exactly that and we had a delightful time meeting him. We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express and sat around the pool after dinner and played cribbage while they sat and talked. August 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Even better than expected Have stayed before and always been very satisfied when traveling with kids and for business, but it had been awhile. This time, surprisingly, was even better than the past. Staff was helpful, professional, anticipated my needs (directions, breakfast). Everything worked well on very hot day. Even returned my phone before I realized it was lost! Would definitely recommend. A lot of things nearby for the traveler - good place to stop on the road and relax for a night. Rooms aren't modern but larger than most newer places. If noise bothers you, the nearby truck stop might be a problem. August 14, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value for the accomodations After cooling down the very hot room things were much better; thankful for a very efficient A/C unit. The room was large, bed was comfortable, and the outside noise was almost non existent. There aren't too many places to stay in the area and this one is proabably the best. August 11, 2014
