Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Maintenance, otel getting run Down well I have stayed at this location many times over some years and it finally is showing its age. the rooms and very poorly maintained, when you don't have working lights in the room and the desk lamp has a light bulb being held together with TAPE. and well much more if you really want to nit pick it to no end. Now for the good, I still love the Ability to Park my Big Truck. I really hope this property can fix their problems and turn them around before it becomes a lower quality brand hotel. I will start taking pictures in future reviews. October 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sleep in Santa Rosa Was travelling back from AZ to IL. The hotel seemed to be fairly new (or recently renovated). Refrigerator in room was larger than most hotels. Breakfast area was spacious - didn't have tables on top of each other. The staff was always visible October 16, 2014

Greg at the front desk greeted us upon our arrival. I realized we would need two rooms as opposed to the one we had reserved. Greg helped us to figure out what would be the best rate available, was able to put us in side by side pet friendly rooms October 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place I've stayed at a number of places in Santa Rosa and I'm glad to have found one that's got a great breakfast, comfy bed and I don't have to worry about the car. Staff is friendly and willing to help with anything that you need. Rooms are clean and although the walls have a few scuffs, that's from people being careless, not cleanliness. Overall a great place and I'll for sure be back again. October 14, 2014
