Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Santa Rosa & Route 66 We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express, Santa Rosa on a Tuesday evening. The Front Desk person was amazing. We asked about local places to eat and she told us about Taco Tuesday at a nearby Diner. The tacos were $.99 each! Handmade and wonderful. She also gave us some background on the little town and told us other places to explore. The rooms were very neat and clean, all the amenities were in excellent order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wasn't sure if I was going to stop by this location or not (did 6 hour of driving already, was trying to make it to Amarillo, TX#. Morning staff was very friendly as well #checkout), great smile.. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding attention to customer service, Over the road truck driver accomadation Staying on the road for two to three weeks a month. I normally look for Holiday Inn Hotels. I usally check in late on most occaution. For this particular visit stood in line for approx. thirty minutes watching Santa Rosa, New Mexico staff, greet every customer with a smile while understanding each individual need and trying their best to accomadate the customer request, while professional treatment to each check in pre-registerd or not.
