Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The staff are rock stars Booking through the call center was not pleasant to say the least. They did not tell me they were not on site when requesting to have 2 rooms next to each other. Then transferring me to a sales lady that I did NOT want to talk to. Checked in at 11PM after leaving El Paso at 8PM from a bowling tournament. Staff was extremely helpful in fixing the call centers issues. After checking out we left the hotel to head home to Topeka, KS and I realized I forgot my water bottle. The staff let me right back in the room. Genuine smiles and polite every time. The bed itself was not that great, but the sheets made it even worse. They were very scratchy. June 24, 2015

I missed a newspaper at my door or in the eating area, however many hotels in NM do not supply them...don't know why! I still would recommend this property, the folks are very nice! June 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Oldie but a goodie! The Santa Rosa location was a little older model, but still beautiful and comfortable. The manager was very polite and informative. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of order, but these things happen, and the manager informed the hotel is on the cusp of a compelete redo. Good News! I was very happy to have Holiday Inn express available in such a remote location. June 21, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Great Experience The hotel was nice , but pretty dated. Staff was nice. The air conditioner was old & slow to react. Regulated by temp, the room would get really hot before kicking on. With this repeating pattern, we got little sleep. In room coffee pot had broken handle. The breakfast had the usual Holiday Inn Express layout,, but the food was all cold. The eggs-omelet style were like rubber & un-edible. We drive this route quite often & try to stay with this chain, but likely won't stay here again May 29, 2015
