Only suggestion that more TV channels be in English as there were many English speaking guests. I have been in other Latin countries where hotels offer more English channels. I found the young hospitality/front desk/restaurant employees extremely friendly and helpful. May 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great option if you look to stay around Las Condes The hotel location is excellent if your are planning to stay around Las Condes area and being cost effective. The staff is excellent and always willing to help, much better quality service than any 5 stars around. I tried many other properties and these guys at HI Express Vitacura are top of my list. It does not have room service, but an acceptable cafeteria if you are practical an easy for basics, and looking to eat out most of the times. Las Condes provide plenty of good restaurant options all at walking distance (2 to 6 blocks max). It has free parking, free & very good WIFI, and private cars at main door always available that you can add to your account avoiding cash. My congratulations to all the hotel team members! You deserve to be taken in consideration and recognized by the IHG family. May 20, 2015

Contar con lista de restoranes que puedan satisfacer la necesidad de alimentación de pasajeros que llegan en vuelos tardes; por lo que no tienen acceso a los productos de la cafeteria; o por consiguiente se levantan tarde y no alcansan a tomar desayuno porque prefieren descansar más por haber llegado tarde. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Curtains please Good hotel, would stay there again. Good area. One complaint. The windows have darkening curtains, but no translucent curtains also, like most hotels. Why is this a problem? Because some of the rooms face directly at adjacent apartment buildings and you have only two choices, close the darkening curtains and have a very dark room, which is good for sleeping, but when awake in the room, the only way to let light in is by opening the curtains and letting your neighbors get a great view of your room and yourself in it. No privacy. Just install a pair of translucent curtains along with the darkening curtains. 99% of hotels do it that way. May 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service I had a transit of ten hours between my flight from Sao Paulo to Auckland so in order to feel relaxed I booked into the Holiday inn to enjoy the comfort of the bed and the bath. The hotel was better than I expected and smelled lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bath and that the shampoo and conditioner were of good quality. The bed was extremely conformable and the curtains were thick enough to keep the room nice and dark. The staff were all helpful and friendly. May 6, 2015
