As a IHG Platinum member, I rack up quite a few nights at HI Express locations all over the country. This location would be in the top 1% of those locations. Great stay - it was convenient to highway, had a well lit parking lot, friendly staff and very new. Would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful new location - A great stop on our route between Louisiana and South Carolina. We'll definitely use this location on future trips.
Very convenient location right off the Interstate.
The only drawback was the limited dining choices nearby, but not bad for the overnight visitor needing a restful night before hitting the highway the next day.

Upon arrival to the property, I noticed the flags in the front lot were not properly displayed. When checking in, I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff. I have had this happen in the past at other properties (not Holiday Inns), and my requests have gone ignored. In the morning the flags had been taken care of and showed the respect they deserve. This attention to detail and respect will have me staying at your hotel any time business brings me back to the Mobile area.

I was in town working for a solid 7 days. I was able to work from this property the entire time. The hotel is relatively new, and very clean. Very pleasing to the senses. Rooms are nicely layed out, and the comfort of the beds are outstanding.
The front desk staff, Mornings and evenings, were outstanding. Jessica really stood out in her professionalizm and ability to help with any needs. Andrea was very helpful, also.
Jeremy, part of the maintance staff, was very helpful with a couple of things in the room. A lightbulb was missing, and the switch on the light was faulty,,and the tv had a glitch. He fixed both in short order. The only problem at all on this property was that of a bad ice maker on the 4th floor. I will be surprised if the still have the same company doing it's repair.
Gwynn was very friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my stay.
I'm in the area twice a year, and I assure you that I'll be staying here when ever that I'm in the area. Thank you

I've stayed at this one on several occasions and really love the convenient location to a variety of shops and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and receptive; have not had any problems with this location; highly recommend.

I have stayed at this location and the old location for the past 10 years frequently traveling here for buisness. Service is always great and breakfast is good. Price at times seems a bit high compared to other hotels in the area.

I was on a business trip and had to change hotels. The young lady running the front desk was very kind and helpful. She was able to get me a room and made it very comfortable for me to stay. I like that kind of service.

It was a Pleasant place to stay. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was easy to sit back and relax after a two hour road trip. My family and I had a great experience and stay at this hotel. I would love to stay at this hotel the next time I visit Family in Mobile Alabama.

Reservation staff required a credit card AND FAX COPY of drivers license. Priority Club member with no history of prior issue at this or any other location. Treating as a criminal not a positive customer experience, and I didn't appreciate it. If they're having an issue getting stiffed by guests don't need to lump every guest in that category.
