Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Convenient Had a wonderful stay again at this hotel. Facility if very well cared for and the staff is responsive and caring. The breakfast service ladies were exceptionally nice to us and the food presentation was well kept and renewed. We'll be back for our next visit to Saskatoon. June 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So helpful The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and helpful with my busy schedule. I was in Saskatoon for a course, arrived very late, had to be up and gone early for the course, then leave in the middle of the night to catch a plane home. I told the front desk staff I was worried about being on time everywhere I needed to be, so they arranged taxis to be waiting when I needed them. It was a small thing that reduced my stress level considerably. They also provided bags to take breakfast to go even though I was leaving at 3am and breakfast didn't start until 6. Every person I came across at the desk was thoughtful and very helpful. Even the night security guard helped get our breakfast organized! On top of all of this, the bed was soooo comfy :) Thanks for a great stay! If I'm ever back that way I will definitely stay again. June 9, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by hotel okay surroundings not good for the hotel we can only say: everything was as expected and as we have seen during the whole trip in Canada in the Holiday Inn Express hotels. But coming out of the hotel: the first person I saw on the street offered me a cigaret for 50 cents!! Also after dinner near the hotel a lot of "junkies" were hanging around. May 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location & Service but great location, friendly staff, good service, awesome shower head and water pressure - in fact the best in all my travel history for this category hotels. but just wish the bed could be a bit firm instead of dipping under my back - which then leads to back ache. overall great. will always stay here. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service and good Hotel Hi Manager, Carol is an excellent CSR . The previous night I couldnt sleep because the bed was hard and the pillows soft . The a/c was making noise. So i requested Carol and she helped me out by speaking to the manager and getting my room changed. Ironically when I had made the same request to someone earlier they cited reasons like no rooms available etc. What a difference people can make. Also Mr. Leblanc was good too. with Customer Service.. I am coming back to Hoilday Inn. May 21, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff I called 3 hours before my arrival to book for the shuttle. Although the pick-up service ended at 11pm, the staff was kind enough to wait for me. It was long day for me and it felt nice to have someone come and greet you at the airport. In the morning I was greeted and taken back to the airport with the same warmth and friendliness. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor wifi Everything was good with my stay with athe exception of the wifi. It was poor at best and for a lot of the time not able to stay connected. It is very important for people on the road to have internet access for the phone and devices.If it continues to be a problem I will go to the new HI. April 21, 2013
