Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad from the start I booked a king room online but on arrival the tv and phones didn't work when they couldn't fix it they only had a queen room to move me to. When I went to the room I found I was in a handicap room. I was told no other room was available. The next day I was told I would have to wait around to see if a room came available. Since I had to spend the day at the hospital with my mother I said I would stay in that room as I had other things to worry about. The $30 dollar reduction in price did little to correct the no tub and broken toilet seat that they never did fix. Parking was a nightmare as alot of us had to park on the street. I have stayed there many times before but this time it was a nightmare so I will not be staying there again. February 21, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Have stayed at better Very disappointed as GOLD ELITE MEMBER. Checked in later than normal 9:00pm'ish. Was put in handicap/disabled assisted room. So did work colleauge. NOT SURE WHY??? Asked for any upgrade? NO. OK, parking lot was not even half full, hotel seemed very quiet. Just needed the bed to sleep and place to work so put up with awkward bathroom set up. Have stayed at similar HI/HIE and was treated much better. Next morning asked if hotel was very busy and full capacity, just to test, and to my anticipated disappointment, the answer was NO, it was a slower than normal night of occupancy. My work colleauge and I were very perplexed as to why we both received these rooms and not normal rooms. I will not stay here again, unless as a last option the next time. Otherwise, overall hotel was what you would expect from a HIE. FYI, the hotel is right beside train tracks and traffic roads if you are sensitive to being awaken by noise (mostly early in the morning). December 21, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by wait time on check in counter Stayed at this property at few times now always find staff of the hotel was really good when check in to the hotel they process everything quickly and efficiently but this time i have to wait because as soon as i got to the desk the front desk trainee representative picks up the phone and was on the phone for at least 15-20 minutes. Which i didn't feel right as i was suppose to get priority for handling check in over the phone customer asking for rates and packages. This is something management of the hotel have to look in and trained their people on it that how to handle priorities when they are working alone or by them self. Please also upgrade your rooms and amenities at this location as they are really old and they need replacement now. Bed was not comfortable at all have hard time sleeping on it and cleanliness of the room was also not good. there was a bad smell in the room i have to go out and buy a freshener in order to sleep in the room. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best place to stay in Saskatoon Excellent service. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. But is the staff that make this hotel exceptional. It is the only place I stay when in town. But know you need to call in advance as it is often sold out. That is what happens when a place is great. Great breakfast included on top of good value for you money. But the staff are what make this hotel special. Thanks everyone. December 8, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed & room issue The bed was fantastic would like to know what mattress was on that bed. Had to switch rooms because tv not functioning properly and no staff member seemed to have the expertise to straighten out the problem. During the switch met another customer in the hall who was in the process of switching as well due to a flush not working so that starts to make you wonder what is going on. December 4, 2013
