Stayed for a business trip. Room was large and clean. Comfortable bed. The only problem was that the train tracks were right outside my room and the passing trains kept me awake all night.

The hotel was good. I have no major issues to complain about. Lighting in the rooms, shower, faucets and sink could be updated but overall were fine.
The value for the hotel overall is not great but since it is located in Saskatoon, it is right in line.

We found this hotel to be clean, modern and in a very good location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. This hotel compares and exceeds the more expensive downtown 4* hotels.

The rooms in this facility have been recently updated including new beds and bathroom fixtures. The rooms are large and comfortable.
Staff are polite and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need and that you're comfortable.
The food is good and staff do a great job of setting out fresh hot breakfast items.

This hotel is within walking distance (about 20 minutes) from City Hall. It was very quiet, the room was nicely appointed with all the amenities one would want, and the free breakfast is very good for people who eat meat. Choices include bacon, sausage, eggs, cereal, pancakes, etc.. If you are vegetarian, not a lot of choices (no non-dairy products) and the pancakes probably have milk in the batter so they are out. Toast and banana or apple, which works for me. All in all I would recommend.
