This airport is at least a 20 minute drive from the airport. Once we finally got to our room there were ashtrays in the room and cigarette burns on the comforter. The air conditioner would not stay turned on. Avoid this hotel.

Entire staff is efficient and friendly and shuttle service from Logan is very useful. Well located for North Shore travels.

This hotel is a great choice for parking your car during time away, in my case, traveling for business out of town for a week. My car was safe and the shuttle to the airport extremely convenient.
The rooms was comfortable and hotel conveniently located to many options of stores, restaurants on Rte. 1.
I recommend this hotel, and will stay again in the future.

First of all, I want to let everyone know that the hotel is not as near as I thought it would be to Logan Airport. It is about a 20 minute ride from the airport. However, we still chose to stay here as the main appeal of it was having a shuttle bus to drop us off and pick us up at the airport and airport subway station This was a huge convenience or so we thought. It turns out, the availability of the van is limited. It leaves the hotel at the top of the hour every hour so you have to schedule in advance or be unable to leave the desired time you want. The bigger problem however came with the pick-up. We stayed 3 nights while in Boston and each night, we had to wait between 30 to 55 minutes in the cold uncovered waiting area at the airport subway station for the hotel van. The third night was actually the worst, I had called in advance for a pickup. The guy at the front desk said that the van would be there in 25 minutes. My wife and I waited and waited some more at the pickup area. Finally, after 35 minutes, the van passes... not to pick us up but passes right by us without stopping at all! I saw the driver look at us and just keep going. Mind you, the van had no other passengers. I called the front desk to let them know and the same guy answered and told me that the driver was picking up some passengers at the airport and would come back around for us. That didn't make sense since the van passed by us on its way to the airport. So we continued waiting and after a total of 55 minutes, the van finally comes back for us. To add it all up, we spent more than 2 hours in total the three days we were there just waiting for the hotel van. The shuttle buses of other hotels passed by more frequently. I will definitely consider this the next time we will be in Boston. Maybe not advertising that you have a hotel van would have kept my expectations lower.

A place to avoid. Way below usual HIE standard. Worst thing. They pretend to be at Logan airport but place is 13 miles away from the airport. So when you arrive, you drive by the closest HIE but it is not the one you get. Unbelievable!!! Never again

well positioned hotel location, about 30 min from the airport but plenty of good restaurants near by. used UBER to get around. Parking is limited.

The title of hotel near airport is VERY misleading- this hotel is quite a distance from Boston UNLESS you have your own vehicle. The shuttle service is NOT on a schedule and depending on which staff you call at the hotel you receive different answers as to when the shuttle runs which means you may stand at the airport for over an hour. This could easily be fixed if there was a set shuttle schedule even if traffic delays might create delays. In 2015 this was the strangest experience I have had traveling where a hotel could not figure out a set shuttle schedule. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for travelers who do not have their own car. If you have your own vehicle this is clean and meets all the standards of a HIE.
