This isn't a luxury resort, however, the rooms are updated, clean and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and kept a comfortable temperature. The breakfast provided something for everyone (fresh fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal, pancakes, eggs, pork and turkey sausage, bagels, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc.) All in all I recommend this hotel and will stay here again. The accommodations and amenities provided by this hotel exceeded my expectations with a very personal touch of added comfort. We were allowed an early check-in, the staff was very helpful in every situation from area information to room supplies and great breakfast service. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thank you for a lovely stay. We arrived a little early to find that our room was ready for us. After sitting in the car for 7 hours, it was a relief to be able to lay down. The staff at Sault Ste Marie are all kind and considerate. When I approached the cleaning staff on the second day to inform them that we didn't need the room cleaned, they were surprised and concerned. "Are you sure?" they asked. "Can we do anything for you?" "What ever you need, just ask, it is not a problem." How nice to see them want to make our stay comfortable. Thank you again. April 21, 2015
