Marie three times in the past five weeks and I definitely will only stay there the next time that I overnight in SSM. The upgrade has been most rewarding and the location is ideal for shopping or going to the movies. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. April 19, 2013

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express 4X and keep coming back because of 1. the great, convenient location (across from the mall, next to the arena), 2. clean, comfortable, updated rooms (especially loved the family suite with "fireplace" & jacuzzi), 3. friendly staff , 4. delicious free breakfast (Who doesn't love pancakes and warm cinnamon buns?) and 5. nice clean indoor pool and hot-tub (great for easing the cold Soo chills). Located across the street from the Essar Centre and Station Mall and walking distance to many great restaurants. Recently renovated, clean rooms and friendly staff. VERY comfortable pillows; mattress a bit firm/hard for our taste. Checkout easy. Being in Canada, pricier than American version. Was a VERY convenient location to international bridge, great/fine dining, Bon Soo fest, mall, & Agawa train depot. Good breakfast included in cost of stay. Highly recommend this hotel.
