Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very uncomfortable bed The bed in our room (Room 322) was extremely uncomfortable. (We had stayed at a different Holiday Inn Express the night before - and the bed was perfectly comfortable.) We requested to be switched to another room - but the hotel staff said that they did not have another room to put us in and that all of the beds felt exactly the same anyway (implying that a different room would not be any more comfortable). In the hotel's defense, they did agree to let us check out one day earlier than we had originally scheduled using the "best rate" option. But unfortunately, due to the fact that my wife and I were only able to get a few hours of sleep because of the uncomfortable bed, I cannot give this hotel a high rating. November 19, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Blah I reserved this room using points, so I have my IHG membership to thank for that, but that's where it stops. I received absolutely none of the normal benefits as an IHG member that I'm used to. Specifically, late check-out, which I needed. As an IHG member, that has NEVER been a problem. No newspaper, either. Breakfast was on par with other HI locations I've used. Overall, the blatant refusal of late check out made me wish I'd beefed different club points. Why foster a membership when it's not universally recognized?? November 13, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Facility, Poor Sound Proofing The faculty and staff at this HIE is very good. Modern facility, clean and comfortable. Due to back-to-back high occupancy events, a late checkout could not be accommodated. Disappointing, although somewhat understandable. Where this HIE falls short is on the sound proofing of the rooms. Each door opening and closing on the floor can be easily heard in the guest room making sleeping very difficult, even when using the room's cooling fan as 'white noise.' I would like to recommend this HIE due to the staff and quality of the facility, but a restful night's sleep will be very difficult without ear plugs. It is a room construction issue, thus beyond the ability of the staff to correct. November 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and shuttle I love to stay at the hotel for it's convenience to the airport. I love the Park n fly feature. The shuttle is friendly and nice. I never have to worry about being ontime for my flight. And when I return, it is nice to find my vehicle safe and a quick shuttle just a phone call away. November 1, 2014
