We stopped on our way from New York to Florida for an overnight stay to break up the drive. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, polite and helpful. Although we had a coupon, he explained that all of the rooms for that rate were booked and he offered us a different rate instead. He was able to tell us how to get around the area to find a place for dinner. When we returned from dinner the internet and tv went out and the girl at the desk was very apologetic and polite when explaining that they were hoping it would come back on shortly. During our breakfast, the woman in the dining room was very helpful in locating the things we needed and helping us work the cool pancake machine.
All in all, the best part of this hotel was the staff's willingness to be polite, happy and helpful with all of our requests!

Noisy rooms with paper thin walls. Worst Wi-Fi / internet access of any hotel that I have stayed in. Room cleaning / towel replacement was not completed on two last days of stay.

Checking in during the fourth of July holiday weekend I was expecting to have to deal with a bunch of kids running and up and down the hallways. However it was the complete opposite. I was able to telework, relax and sleep comfortably. My reports back to the firm were on time due to the ability to VPN using the provided Wi-Fi. The location is 10 minutes from the Savannah tourist district and adjacent to the airport where I had to meet corporate officials. Overall I plan on staying here whenever I come back.

wonderfully helpful front desk staff.
a bit pricey though considering the amount of hotels in the immediate area. military discount was only $10....??
otherwise clean, quiet, and close to I-95

Hotel in general was average to good, but the WiFi is horrible beyond comparison. On the second floor, there was a slight fleeting signal. A complaint to the desk yielded acknowledgment of the issue, but no solutions or even an apology was offered (move to a different room, we are working on it, etc., etc.).
Literally had to go to the lobby to make our wireless devices work so we could research the trip and itinerary.
Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

We walked in and made our reservation with a gentleman named Tharnell. He was SO generous, caring, and had the best customer service that I knew we were at the right place! The hotel was SO clean, the rooms were too! and so comfortable and warm and inviting. ALL the staff was wonderful from the front desk to the staff at the delicious breakfast. We would love to come back to this Holiday Inn Express again and highly recommend! Thank you!!!

we found the hotel to be very clean, plenty of towels and a nice shower after a long day of traveling it was a welcome sight. The pool and breakfast areas were also well kept and nice. The hotel was easy to locate and in close proximity to the downtown Savannah, which we briefly explored. The staff was able to provide us with good directions and assisted us with ideas of things to see. Another good stay!!
