Overall a great hotel with a great staff. I look forward to staying at this hotel the next time we visit the Savannah area.

Could be better...but adequate for a sleep and go. Not completely up to the best HIE standards. Needs a room update.

room on third floor and card key wouldn't work, back and forth everyday and we kept them in the protective covers and not near our phones.. the hotel was very loud, you could hear every cry, moan, cough, laugh and flush.. room didn't get cleaned, no problem, asked for cloths and towels, "WE RAN OUT" was the response we got.. won't stay here again, ever..

We had a great stay. The staff was courteous, the check-in and out service was fast. The breakfast buffet was good and always full. I would recommend this property. The only problem we had was with the room above us, we think there were kids and they were up late.

Love staying there and the kids enjoyed the pool. the first time going to Savannah. people were very friendly, the winter was perfect for the beach

Made reservations for two nights. Showed up a day early, got a room with poor lighting and a bad musty smell. Got a different room the next day. No fridge or microwave as the reservation stated, which was a deciding factor on picking a hotel. Was told that it was first come first served. Had to pay three different rates for two different rooms. Not going there again. Reservations mean nothing, even when you have proof.
