I found the hotel staff to be amazing given the level generally expected from a hotel in this budget range. Rooms were comfortable. My only complaint was the towels in the bathrooms to use after showering.

We really enjoyed our stay there. a lot of eating establishments and stores are walking distance from the hotel. The hotel wasn't to far away from riverfront area either maybe 10-15 miles

Booked a king room and once we checked in and opened the door to our room we realized it was a queen. When we inquired at the desk as to why we were in a queen room we were informed that we had been "bumped" to a queen because they had overbooked the kings. If we had wanted 2 queen beds that's what we would've booked. Have had no response from the hotel on any kind of remedy for this problem even though IHG keeps ensuring us the hotel management keeps telling them they'll be contacting us. Awful customer service!!

upon check in, there was an issue with my reservation and took a while to resolve.
my room key would not work and I had to go up and down the elevator 3 times to redo the key. finally, maintenance came and had to reprogram the electronic lock on the door.
once the door was open, the room had not been cleaned.
I was finally given another room (40 min ordeal).
even though there were a few problems, i feel the staff tried their best to fix it.
