Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good location, poor front desk staff When asked to prove that you are a Platinum Priority Club member after showing the front desk staff two ways to confirm that I was and then being told that I, not the manager, had to call customer service and spend the next 20 minutes on the phone just to have the lady on the phone call and tell them that they were incorrect is not a good way to start off a stay. There are far two many other nice hotels in the area to have to deal with poor customer service. Other than the front desk staff everyone else was great. The folks at the valet parking area are super nice and accomodating. Maybe they should train the front desk in what proper customer service is. August 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful, convenient, comfortable We stayed at the location in Savannah GA in the historic district. The hotel was gorgeous. Not what I would expect a value hotel to look like. The rooms were comfortable. The location was great and access to the River and all the activities there. We had a great time, the city was gorgeous and if I get back to Sav, GA again, I would definately stay at this hotel again. August 26, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place After a bad experience vacationing for a few days in Myrtle Beach we decided to stop in Savannah for a night stay to break up our trip. It was well worth the experience in the historic district. By chance we had our mountainn bikes and were able to get around many sites in a short time. Absolutely loved Savannah. I recommend after dinner having a night cap at the Bohemian Hotel roof-top... Breathtaking views with a charming atmophere August 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Location and wonderful staff This property was perfectly located close to the river and tour pickup was just outside the door. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Savannah River. The staff was extremely friendly and gracious. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and everyone made a point to wish us well. The concierge, Petya, was very helpful with suggestions for tours, as well as, restaurants. We have stayed in many Holiday Inn properties and we feel that this is the very best one yet. Because of the warm and friendly staff, we feel that this had to be one of the best celebrations we have ever had. August 22, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Savannah wedding The room was what I had expected and the location was great. But I was taken aback of the lack of cleanliness inside the elevators. They were so disgusting that we did not want to touch anything. The hotel is going through renovations but there in no excuse for it to look like as dirty as they were and not cleaned.One had an odor that smelled like fish. If it was a one day deal that would be understandable to some degree but it was never cleaned the 5 days we were there. The jacuzzi did not work the entire time. August 21, 2014
