Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, great location We greatly enjoyed our stay! The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The concierge was also a big help in making sightseeing recommendations. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel and enjoyed being close the riverwalk at the end of the day. Great view from the pool area on the roof. Only downside was that one elevator was not working so the wait was sometimes long, but they are working to get it repaired. May 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by If only the elevator worked The Hotel looks good and fresh, but many of the key systems weren't working. The first thing you notice after checking in is that one of the elevators isn't working, and in an 8 story hotel with a pool on the roof, and no separate service elevator, this problem is very painful, the as you wait for the single working elevator, you hear for guest after guest that the elevator hasn't worked in weeks. The Rooms were very clean and everything looks very new and fresh, but when you go to the ice machine, you find another item that's not working. And again another guest tells you that it's been broken for days. So at this point it had me wondering what would be next. Well it didn't take long, to find something else not working correctly. The free internet was so slow that it was un-useable. I had to connect my iPad, to my own hot-spot to actually be able to Surf the web. May 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfy room, great location. Hotel could not have been in a better location. Modern and pleasantly decorated with very kind, helpful staff. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We were on the 6th floor facing the river - great view! Breakfast was the typical fare - would have liked fresh sliced seasonal fruit. Biggest complaint is that one of the two elevators was out of service during our entire three-day stay, and has been out for about a month. Very inconvenient for guests and staff alike. The average rate was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, but the price of Friday night was rather high. May 19, 2015
