Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The hotel jacked up the price 150% more than what we normally pay. We were very upset as we have stayed there before. We were very upset because the hotel jacked up the price 150% more than what we spent on our last visit. The clerk said it was because it was Valentines weekend and they could get away with upping the price. Trust me, that is not an answer a customer wants to here. Hotels in the historic district were booked, understandable, but the response from the clerk was not acceptable. We love going to Savannah and will continue to visit. Although, we will not be staying at the Holiday Inn on Bay Street. February 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Room Furniture This Holiday Inn Express is one of the best I have ever stayed. The two comfortable wing chairs with hassock in the room are fantastic. After walking all day it was nice to return to a comfortable chair and not have to sit on the bed. Hats off to the person who selected these. I would like to see this trend get picked up by other hotels. Our overall stay was excellent and I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family. I got horribly sick with bronchitis and since there were no stores around I called downstairs for the nearest place to get a beverage (I had no cash on me just a card)...and the man downstairs brought me two drinks asap. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable! Will definitely return!! February 19, 2015
