We had a king room that was absolutely huge, complete with fridge, microwave and 2 easy chairs. We had a day of work and a day of play and this was a wonderful place for both. We had the dine-in service offered by the Snuggery and the ribs, chips, coleslaw and soup were great. We also loved their soft pretzels.
The staff was excellent and everything we used was nice, clean and updated. The value was awesome for the amenities and service. We will definitely use this hotel again in a couple of months when we will be back in the area!

Every thingh here is what I look for when I travel. No trouble checking in. OK parking. Welcomeing Lobby and people. Grab a free coffee in the lobby. Free Happy hour for snacks and drinks in lobby. Need something? Justy ask the desk. They will take care of your needs quickly. Rooms are nice, clean, cozy, and well made up. Each room is the same so you feel like you are coming home each time you stay there. Easy to adjust my bill when I missed my flight and was charged for one night that I wasn't there. They took off the room charge with no questions asked. No non-sense hotel that caters to the business traveler. Nice free breakfast too!

One of the few remaining hotels with a smoking room is appreciated by those of us with that habit. The room was cleaned well every day, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. If you are in this area I recommend you stay here.

After a long day we were anxious to relax in our room. Instead we had to drive around the parking lot several times waiting for someone to leave. The popular bar next door completely monopolizes the parking lot and makes it difficult for guests to find a spot in what I assume is the hotel parking lot. This situation should be rectified.

We had a great time staying at this hotel . When we arrived late night after our flight the staff was extremely welcoming and courteous. The rooms were clean and updated. Nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in!

Although my trip was cut short and I only spent one night rather than five originally booked I do have to say the one night stay was very pleasant. The room was very clean and the staff was hospitable and pleasant. The only issue is parking. The Hotel is right next to a popular restaurant so I suspect they use the Hotel parking. I would not let that stop me from booking here.

I check in and it seemed that I was bothering the staff at the desk. They had to interrupt their conversation to help me. Even though there is a shuttle that suppose to take you to the airport and to the Woodfield mall, I was told that it "doesn't run on weekends. The room was in need of a good cleaning and the shower needed repairs. The TV remote didn't work, and they wouldn't put me in a different room, because this was the one for "reward night". I'm a priority club member, but the last two times I've stayed at a Holiday inn has made me start to rethink it. I use to love Holiday inns but I'm not sure if I'm going to continue associating with them.
Only brightside was the breakfast! It's still good at least!

easy to get to not far off the interstate, with plenty of parking. Sitting right behind the Snuggery and 7/11 added to the convenience.

Let me start by saying the room was clean and the internet worked, so it wasn't a bad stay, but the things that would make it a good or memeorable did not happen.
You get used to little things like giving the front desk person your credit card and getting: Welcome MR XXXX, thank you for being a platinum member, here is your room key, the internet code is here and here is a bottle of water for being a platinum member. But all got was here is your key, the room number is inside.
Which lead to me going through the lobby at 7 to leave for some dinner and I saw that there were people eating and drinking in the breakfast area. I asked the person behind the desk about it (same guy) and he said Yea we have drinks and food tonight from 5-7. I said , that would have been nice to know and he just shrugged.
Then you start to notice thiings. Both the drains in the shower and the sink were broken. I just took them out and set them on the side. Also the Hot and Cold indicatior on the shower was backwards, I checked it twice just to confirm this because that could be dangerous and hard to believe it could happen. Then about 10 I decided to have a cup of decaf. But the coffee pot though present was broken.
So, Like I said, the big things all worked and it was not a bad stay, but this specific hotel wil drop to the lower end of my choices when in the West suburbs of Chicago.

I give this Hotel an A+++++++. The first room was not comfortable, But you all moved quickly and got us in another room in about 15 minutes. Thanks for being so kind and understanding. oh yes. The breakfast was so yummmmmmmmmy! and hot every morning. THANKS AGAIN STAFF.

Busy work trips, and driving across State takes a toll on your professional performance. Staying in a professionlly run hotel takes the edge off. Lets you stay focused but relax in time.
A good job by the boy's at the front desk.
