Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service During our stay, we encountered a couple of minor problems; a smoke detector beeping and the guest in the room above ours allowing his tub to overflow, which drained down into our shower. The staff and management were quick to handle the initial problem with the smoke detector and then when they checked back to make sure it had quit beeping, found the water issue in our bathroom and immediately the hotel manager arrived and had us moved to an adjacent room, with many apologies for the inconvenience. As far as we were concerned, this was above and beyond required service. We will be staying at this hotel the next time we are in the Chicago area. April 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and prompt service I have stayed at this hotel for over 4 weeks (non-consecutive), and find the value I am getting for the price I am paying to be phenomenal. The breakfast lady always greets me with a gentle "Buenos dias", and the front desk always wishes me a good day. I have yet to run into any noise problems at night, and the convenience store and bar connected to the hotel are super convenient. Overall a great hotel for the price. April 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff The staff was very friendly and accommodating at check in and at check out. I arrived after dark so I was allowed to leave my van on the drive until I could unload and take my luggage to my room before parking my car in the lot. They also listened to my complaints about the lighting problem and the tub/shower safety issues, even though there was really nothing they could do to fix the problem, except report it to management.
