I was close to the hotel, but was a little lost on directions. I called the front desk with my cell phone and to get some help with finding the hotel. The young lady was able to figure out where I was and when I turned around I could see the hotel.
I then checked in and the front desk lady had the same voice that I had just spoken to a few minutes earlier. I thanked her for her help. My check in was very pleasant and fast.
Later, after unpacking I noticed I had forgotten my shaving cream. I went to the front desk to ask were I could find some and she gave me a small can of shaving cream. I then asked if she new of any good places to eat local. She asked me what type of food I was interested in eating and then gave me very good directions on how to find the restaurant.
Upon returning from dining I stopped at the front desk and asked if they had any local maps and she then went into another room and came back with a map for me.
I did not get her name, but she has a very good attitude and made me feel welcomed during my short stay.

Stayed here twice within past month, just to "getaway." Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, and amazingly clean. I strongly recommend this facility.

My wife and I stayed for 4 days and found the staff to be very helpful and welcoming. Also, the room was new and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at other hotels around this area and it cost $50.00 less than at your hotel. It wasn't any cleaner or any bigger then the rooms at other area hotels. Maybe we are paying for the Holiday Inn name but I will probably stay at the cheaper hotel in the future.

I thought that I had lost a jewelry box which I later found had fallen out of my luggage and gotten buried in some boxes. The manager was very professional, patient, helpful and empathetic. He returned all my calls promptly and covered all the bases looking for it.
It makes staying at Holiday Inns much more comfortable knowing someone is looking out for me.

Very nice hotel, however front desk service very poor. I was not given the type of room requested, or recognized as a Platinum Priority Member. Clerk not at all friendly or concerned with guest service. He claimed I had not made request when making reservation. I printed out copy on hotel computer showing specific request was made ... he had no reply, just threw printed reservation away and ignored my request. I returned to desk area later, no less than 3 people waiting for him as he hid behind wall.
Very poor representative of Holiday Inn.

When I first called to arrange a reservation my initial customer service representative took down my details accordingly,so I thought.I will explain later.After my hotel booking was complete I was forwarded to another customer service rep who wasted over 30 minutes of my cellular airtime to try to disguise a promo for a time share as a promo for a discounted stay at a future Holiday Inn Expess date/location because they said I was a Priority Club member.This to me was a waste of my time and I do not appreciate anyone wasting my valuable time trying to get me to participate at in a time share presentation.Upon my arrival to the hotel my check in went smooth but when I tried to gain access to my room...NOT!Both cards did not work because the desk rep did not give me correctly programmed key cards.I dropped all my luggage to retrieve another set of cards so I can gain access to my room.Right...once I opened the door to my room I realized that I was not given what I asked for which was two separate beds,I received one king size bed.Ok,I did not make a fuss because I knew this would come up during my review which I am doing now.My stay was ok but being a Priority Club member I would of expected better service and more attention to detail especially for the cost of my stay.I have traveled to Europe,Middle East,Latin America and SE Asia so I know service when I experience it.This was my first and last time at Holiday Inn Express,I am not impressed for what I have to pay for a overnight stay.I hope HIExpress would at least give me a partiL refund,NOT credit because I don't intend on staying at their hotel again.I will say something positive.My sleep in the bed was ok and so was the breakfast.For the price and quality I will stay at a different hotel.

This Holiday Inn Express is managed the way they all should be managed. The Hotel is relatively new, and you would think they just opened. It is clean, comfortable, and has the most pleasant staff who makes you feel like you are at home. You'll build friendships with them! They are constantly upgrading the rooms, TV's, etc, and the whole property. Their indoor pool and spa is kept so nice and warm and has colored underwater lighting. It's probably the nicest pool we have found at a Holiday inn Express, the kids loved it. The area around the Hotel is quiet, safe, and there is about every restaurant and major shopping retailer you could want within a couple of miles. There are 2 movie theatres within a few blocks with 28 screens and an IMAX.
The price is reasonable, maybe a little bit higher than most of the other, older Hotels in the area, but you really get what you pay for.
I can actually say that every employee that I encountered stopped what they were doing and asked me how my stay with them was, and asked if there was anything at all that THEY could do to make MY stay better. Where do you get that kind of service these days. When I asked a housekeeper why the staff was ALL so friendly, she simply replied that it was each and every one of their jobs to keep this Hotel in the top 10% of all Holiday Inn Express Hotels. What a nice attitude.
We will definitely stay there again anytime we are through the area, and we met other people in the breakfast room that go out of their way to come to this Hotel. You have to stay there, you won't be sorry.

It was a convenient stay. We were there for family purpose and it was ok. However, thought it was overpriced for what we got. Housekeeping should be available all day and not just at certain morning hours.

This facility is always clean. The rooms are very modern. I have had no issues with this place. Have stayed here about 25 nights in the past 2 months. It takes me an extra 15 minutes to get to this hotel as opposed to staying with a competitor. Tried the competitor's hotel which is 15 minutes closer to my work but the room was not very clean and the price was about the same.

We stay at this hotel regularly when we visit the Chicago area. Great access to lots of restaurants and easy to and from major freeways. This time of year was a bit costly but comparative to other hotels in the area. I was able to book on line which was nice. I did have to change the reservations (I had three rooms booked and needed to change the number of days) and had substantial trouble with the person originally on the phone and had to ask for someone else who resolved my changes easily. That was unusual for this hotel. Breakfast was nice and nice selection of breakfast foods and drinks. Clean room with easy access to parking lot. We will definitely stay here again!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in a well kept facility. The staff on shift was very courteous and helpful. The location is ideal because it is close to nearly any and everything a traveling individual would probably need or desire to do. I would definitely stay there again.
