Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast Staff Great, Cleanliness horrible We had some issues with cleanliness of the room. Hair on the bed- stains in the fridge. The front desk apologized but that was it. Breakfast staff and food was great and the pillows were very soft. It was a great night sleep and a good breakfast in the morning. April 12, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by COMFORTABLE BED, COURTEOUS STAFF, GREAT ROOM Had a great weekend at this hotel, while I thought the price was a little high for a rural town the services provided were excellent. The minor negative was the free breakfast ran short on one of the mornings I was there and since it was late in the breakfast no attempt was made to replenish some items. Otherwise, it was a beautiful space to spend time with family and attend a family event. March 23, 2016

The a/c needs to be fixed so that it does not have to be set too low to cool the room; the shower needs a horizontal grab bar; the bathroom door needs to be set so it cam be set to any open point, not swing completely open; fix the horrible computer table/chair combination between the counter and end of bed; put in an on-demand coffee machine and get rid of the pump urns. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Dad As I stated, the elevator wasn't working during our brief stay due to a dad taking a crowbar to the elevator. Parents should keep an eye on their children when traveling and destroying the elevator only made things worst for other guests. The staff did the best they could by keeping the stairs accessible to guests. Beating the elevator doors did nothing to get his kids out. I hope he learned from this experience but I doubt it. Holiday Inn staff very nice and sorry for their trouble. February 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Conveniently located off I10 Love this place it is new and has modern motif. The hotel is conveniently located to an apothecary and a restaurant. All of the parking is easy in and out and the pool looks inviting even in February. One side note: The disabled should know the elevator is out of order. Only the stairs are available for getting to floors. I still recommend it. 2016 Spire Elite Member. February 8, 2016
