Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Falling Short of Expectations This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. However, the first time was excellent. This time it was short of my expectations. I made three reservations with a queen bed and a pullout sofa. I received three rooms with two twin beds each. I expected more, but the hotel was not able to deliver. Don't get me wrong this was a good hotel--not so when at full capacity. February 20, 2014

Front desk check in was nice and friendly, however the hotel was housing two Czech tour groups, one youth group, and one group of drunk Czech business men. Came back to the hotel at 11pm to see the bar full, went to bed. Between the drunk business men, and the drunk students we got absolutely not sleep, nor any quiet. THey were running up and down the hall screaming, banging on doors and with no respect for anyone. Two time we our door was banged on repetitively becuase the drunks were trying to find the party. Definitely not feeling like a safe environment! After Five (yes 5) calls to the front desk and being told "Sorry, they are drunk and I'm alone here"...on the 5th call we told them if they didn't quiet them down #at 3 am# that we could call the police... then they sent someone up to ask them to keep it down... and of course.. they didn't. Utterly horrid. When complaining #again# on check out.. we merely got "Sorry". Horrid management, horrid clientele and the reason we will NEVER stay at this property again. January 16, 2014
