I want to thank the staff for their helpfulness and accomodating service. I had reserved two rooms for Friday and Saturday night, or so I thought, but my online reservations were actually for 4 rooms for Saturday night. The staff was able to work with us and find us rooms for Friday night. when I know they were very busy.

very clean and modern hotel, great service and the breakfast was top notch. They had happy hour in the evening, with free snacks, wine and beer. I'll be back.

The suite and large bathroom were more than we expected. The happy hour, actually 2 hours, was a wonderful surprise, with free wine and food.

WRONG PRICE CHARGED,THEN WAS CHARGED THREE TIMES ON MY CREDIT CARD, PHONE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED BY DISTRICT MANAGER, TREATED AS IF I WAS THE PROBLEM, STILL WAITING FOR THAT PHONE CALL

The quality of the room was fine, but other issues will steer me away from staying here again. First of all, our room was not serviced at all after our first day. We had to go to the front desk to complain, only to hear that we were not the only room this happened to. We also discovered that we were not given the same rate as was quoted on our reservations and had to make sure that was changed. Also, there was a hold on our account for "incidentals". After checking out, we found that we were charged the correct rate, but there were holds on our account that nearly doubled our rate. The holds did come off the account after a day, but depending on your bank, the cash may not be there if you need it. Other than getting our room serviced on a daily basis, the staff was not real concerned with any of our other issues.
