I had reserved two rooms for Friday and Saturday night, or so I thought, but my online reservations were actually for 4 rooms for Saturday night. The staff was able to work with us and find us rooms for Friday night. when I know they were very busy. August 14, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Be Wary The quality of the room was fine, but other issues will steer me away from staying here again. First of all, our room was not serviced at all after our first day. We had to go to the front desk to complain, only to hear that we were not the only room this happened to. We also discovered that we were not given the same rate as was quoted on our reservations and had to make sure that was changed. Also, there was a hold on our account for "incidentals". After checking out, we found that we were charged the correct rate, but there were holds on our account that nearly doubled our rate. The holds did come off the account after a day, but depending on your bank, the cash may not be there if you need it. Other than getting our room serviced on a daily basis, the staff was not real concerned with any of our other issues. July 31, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room, just ok service Stayed at the Scottsbluff, NE Holiday Inn Express. Didn't have my Honors Rewards card with me and the clerk didn't want to go out of her way to find my number. Been to other HI Expresses where they found it, no problem. Paid full price for room, no bottle of water or snack, which you usually get as a member. Not a big deal, but a nice gesture. We will stay there again, but hopefully the girl at the desk will have learned how to treat customers. July 29, 2014
