Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service- which is why I keep coming back I have been a priority club (IHG) member for many years for a reason, and my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Scottsbluff, NE yet again supports that commitment. I reserved a number of rooms for family members coming to Scottsbluff on different days and departing different days, and all was taken care of. Maggie, the night front desk attendant was excellent? It was very relaxing to sit and visit and it was nice to have the shower area right there by the pool to rinse after being in all that chlorinated water. July 20, 2014

We appreciated the extra sink/mirror outside the restroom (which had double sinks/mirror in it) so we could all get ourselves ready. The Staff was super friendly. I have high expectations for Holiday Inn Express and this location definitely succeeded. July 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Diaster Averted Thanks to two wonderful young ladies When I arrived at HIE I didn't have my confirmation number and they didn't show a room for me. I was tired and had been driving for 10 hours. They searched and found a cancellation and was able to accomodate me with the Federal Government rate. They always smiled and went above and beyond. It didn't end there the other staff were just as friendly and the room was cool and so comfortable. I was relaxed the minute I walked in. The hotel was very clean and comforting to a weary traveler, I highly recommed anyone to stay at this hotel and prepare for a comletely restful night. June 30, 2014
