Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by recent stay really nice place to stay! I try to stay here whenever I am in town on business. They have a really nice staff and the folks who run the happy hour do a great job. I never have stayed in a hotel that has a full lobby during happy hour! I booked on the 800 number and there was a bit of a language barrier but even though on arrival there was a mix up on my reservation, the staff was able to accommodate my stay without issue. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home! I got to experience the excellent service and friendliness of the staff for 7 months while I was in Scottsbluff for work. The staff treated me like family which was nice being away from home for so long. The room was always clean, linens fresh and the lobby was always clean. Special kudos to Amanda, Tayler, Jenny, Carmen, Maggie, Lexi, Esther, Suzie, Maggie.... wait special kudos to the whole staff. By the way the have a great happy hour Monday through Thursday. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Place The ac / heat unit isnt working, and in the three days after reporting it, no one repaired it. Otherwise its fine, not super fancy for a Jr Suite, and ran out of towels. Hot tub lukewarm. Low on the value vs cost scale. November 13, 2014
