Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good night's sleep The staff was very accommodating. I asked for a room on the top floor as far from the elevator as possible. Although there were (and always seem to be) those who come in late and can't keep their loud mouth talking under control so I don't get woke up. I did get woke up. Is there someway that people can be advised that they should be courteous and stay quiet in the hallways? That includes running down the hall like a wild herd of elephants! April 30, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Inviting Staff and great service It was one of those times that you are on the road and it's just time to find a place to stay. My first choice is always Holiday Inn. Called and they had a room, it was late, and the Hostess was most kind and helpful getting us checked in quickly. Room was very comfortable, beds, pillow choices, and clean restroom facility. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sad day for a sad stay I did not enjoy this hotel experience. I feel it is not reflective of the Holiday Inn Express brand. The staff was very flippant when dealing with my problems, and we had bugs in the room. I would not stay here again, and if this were my first time staying in a Holiday Inn Express, I would never stay in the brand again. April 11, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good cinnamon rolls When I made my reservation I was quoted a rate. When I checked in the rate was higher. Girl at front desk was rude about it and refused to honor her quote. I asked for a manager and she honored the quote. I told the girl at the front desk that the internet was extremely slow and asked if would she reboot the server. She said she didn't know how. I called the front desk with my cell phone and told them the room phone was not working. She didn't even apologize or offer to have it fixed. Chair in room was broken and would not stay up. Read the rest of my previous comments. I stay in hotels about 100 nights a year. When I want to relax and have an exceptional stay I look for a HIE because although they are usually overpriced I know my stay will be great. Not the case at this property at all. Cinnamon rolls were the only good this at this motel. April 11, 2016
