Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by staff I had trouble finding the location due to the 101 being closed at Indian school rd and ventura. The staff did not know the route of 51 whether it connected with shay rd. It went down from there to many more calls and told by staff to go wrong direction and then asign of discuss over the phone. While asking about local restraurants I was total of one and when I returned later for a phone number your night manager who had spoken to me eariler was checking in a guest and this time he had a map and phone number of many places to eat nearby. I felt as though your manager did not think I deserved the same respect as other guests. August 28, 2014
