It disturbed mine - it would be nice if the fan stayed on and the heat/cold cycled as needed according to the thermostat setting. Very clean, comfortable mattress. Breakfast was excellent. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wonderful experience Arrived at the hotel before the official check in time but the friendly front desk staff did everything they could to expedite our rooms getting ready (needed 4 rooms). Let us use the pool area to relax while the room was getting ready. The beds and pillows were very conducive to a good nights sleep. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast went a step above cereal and toast, with eggs, sausage, and even greek yogurt. Definitely would stay here again if visiting the area. November 1, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worst possible WiFi and poor customer service Although the people were friendly, our overall experience was poor. Complementary WiFi is promised but we had extremely poor and patchy connection. The problem was consistent across laptop and tablet. We stayed for four days, and complained three times to three different individuals in the first two days re the poor WiFi connection but nothing was done. On one occasion, the manager was right there next to the front-desk person, and heard my question to the front-desk person re whether we could have wired access due to consistent WiFi problems, but instead of talking to me and apologizing, simply spoke to the other individual and told her nothing could be done. I was stunned! We ended up using internet off our iPhones and using them as HotSpots. Tea was only available during breakfast. No teabags or warm water at any other time. Input on TV was locked precluding connecting iPads and watching Netflix I am a frequent traveler and used to like Holiday Inn but not any more. October 31, 2014
