Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Alternate in lieu of higher priced resorts Hotel is close by to meetings I have had at other resorts and works well as an alternate. Its a quick uber ride/hotel shuttle. April 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ideal for business stays Clean rooms, attentive staff, comfortable beds and a decent breakfast spread make this an ideal choice for business stays. There are good restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. April 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and Clean This was my second stay at this Holiday Inn. The common areas and my room and bath were very clean. I liked how they had apples, lemonade and ice water available in the lobby. The breakfast choices were many and varied and when they ran out of biscuits, they were promptly refilled. The pillows were extremely comfortable but the mattresses were a bit hard for my taste, resulting in a sore back and some restlessness. I also liked that there were many restaurants near by, even within walking distance. April 22, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing, and enjoyable Beds were comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable with a combination of soft and firm pilows on each bed. The free breakfast was very good! Nice workout room and pool. Hotel location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Nice clean room and restful! April 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hidden Gem Easy to find, quick check in. Breakfast was decent. Staff very friendly. Very clean. Nice area for dining options and it's close to Fate Brewery. April 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast The breakfast surprised me. They had gluten fee bagels available. I have a gluten allergy and I was so appreciative to be able to eat something besides yogurt and fruit. This should be an option offered at all your sites. It will put your breakfast above the rest. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed and great service We have stayed here in the past and like the area. It is close to our son and family and in an area easy to get around. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is certainly a plus and the warm cookies are a treat! We will certainly stay here in the future. April 11, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad idea for Bike Week Bike week in Phoenix. This location went all out to accommodate including reserving ALL of the parking adjacent to the hotel building for bikers (cones, signs, etc.). I would think it logical to reserve parking for the bikers as far away from the building as possible. Not everyone at the hotel was a biker. Very loud motorcycles were pulling in and out of the parking lot at all hours of the night and early into the morning - isn't this what Bike Week is all about? All Harleys - the louder the better - no Vespas or scooters). Not faulting the bikers - just the common sense of the hotel staff. The noise improved greatly as the motorcycles cruised away from the building. Not much concern from the front desk personnel when I brought this to their attention. April 11, 2016
