This is one of the nicest HI Express's we visit as Platinum members. Jesse and his staff are the nicest most supportive staff you could ask for in the IHG hotel choices. See you again next week! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, quiet, relaxing and super friendly! I like to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Searcy, Arkansas, when I go to visit my niece. My brother, her father, died and her mother remarried and moved to Searcy from Batesville, MS, where I live. I miss her terribly and visit as often as I can. When I am able to stay overnight, I now stay at the Holiday Inn Express. When I first started staying overnight in Searcy, another hotel had been suggested and I stayed there. Thank goodness, a couple of visits back, that hotel had no room and I went to Holiday Inn Express instead. I had not originally gone there because I didn't think I could afford it but not only did they make room for us, I also found they were no more expensive than the other hotel and there is NO COMPARISON in the quality! Holiday Inn Express is so far and above in every category than the other hotel. I don't ever want to stay anywhere else but the Holiday Inn Express! On my last visit, I got a suite and invited not only my niece this time but also two of her friends so I could get to know her friends. We had an awesome time! Thanks Holiday Inn Express! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pros & Cons The check in experience was very good - friendly people. And the decor in the rooms was awesome - old Holiday Inn photos - cool. The beds were nice and the room was clean and they offer smoking rooms - few and far between these days. Problems included: There was no light in the clock radio. We had no idea what time it was in the middle of the night. The water pressure in the shower was a little lacking but we were on the 4th floor (to be expected?). There were washers & dryers on each floor. Unfortunately our washer did not function properly do we had to go down a floor to utilize this - not a big deal but not the most convenient either. I did report this to the manager on duty and he stated he could fix it but we had already begun our cycle. April 3, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel I stayed here recently with 20 high school students. The hotel is very clean and modern. Very Comfy beds. Breakfast was great. Only problem I had was during check in. Right before we checked in they were hit by a massive check in off alot of power company workers. I guess there was a storm somewhere. The front desk got overwhelmed with check in and wasn't sure who was staying and what rooms were being used. 4 of the rooms that we were given were already occupied. They got us all straighten out and eventually we all got checked in. I felt bad for the woman at the front desk. April 3, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff and great breakfast and room rates This is the first pick of hotels for me in Searcy, Arkansas. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good and the rooms are wonderful. Another reason we like The Holiday Inn in Searcy is because it is in a great location! I highly recommend this hotel! March 2, 2013
