Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thanks at Thanksgiving When I made my reservation on-line I wasn't sure what type of room to select, so I called the hotel. I got VERY HELPFUL Coutney. She recommended a room and provided a platinum upgrade. When we arrived and were disappointed the hot tub was underconstruction, she had addressed that by providing a jacuzzi room. Very nice. Then when we left, my wife explained that the coffee was "THE BEST EVER". Courtney showed her the brand the hotel uses, which I overheard the breakfast staff talking about, and she may have slipped my wife a bag of the stuff to take with. I now have a case of it in the pantry. Thanks. I submitted a previous review, but got my stars and red buttons wrong. Please discard that one and use this one. December 11, 2014

She helped with a room, took care of a platinum member upgrade and was extemely pleasant. When we arrived, she was the one who checked us in. When we left, my wife explained that the coffee was the "best she ever had" and so Courtney showed her the brand so we could get some ourselves. (She may have even slipped us a bag out of the breakfast room stash). I now have a case of the stuff in the pantry my wife ordered. We were bummed the hot tub was under construction and we didn't know that from info on the website so that was a downer, but not the first time it's happened to us. But once again, the Courtney factor made that better, as the upgrade she provieded had a wirlpool in the room - good nuf. December 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by First impression The exterior building siding was in them middle of being replaced so the building had a "under construction" appearance. At first I was not sure the hotel was open for business. I appreciate that the maintenance and refurbishment takes time and the appearance issue is really unavoidable but some signage could have been placed at the entrance to say "Forgive or remodel but we are open" The only problem I found in the rom itself was using the restroom. The proximity of the door to the toilet means there is a bit of maneuvering to get in the restroom, then to close the door I had to straddle the toilet and still whacked my knee. Awkward restroom layout in a small space. That could be better. Also had to move desks and end tables around in order to access power outlets, then had to unplug laps and clocks in order to have enough plug ins for my two phones, iPad, laptop and CPAP breathing machine. I can't imagine what I would have done if I had another person with me because I used every outlet in the room. A multi outlet bar on the desk would have solved most of those issues. Having a plug in outlet on the night table would be very helpful too. December 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing Staff and Hotel!! We checked in easily and went up to our spacious room. The beds were soft, and a variety of pillows to choose from based on your preference. I had inquired about a movie at the local movie theatre, in the off hand chance a staff member might know, since they did not, they were quick to locate the information! Breakfast was always a variety, always hot and fresh, and the cook was always friendly, willing to answer any question you needed. our last night there, it appeared there were kids now checked in the room directly above us, running back and forth and what appeared to sound like jumping on the beds.... It finally stopped around 9:30pm which was perfect time for us to sleep! It was disappointing that the hot tub was not available due to their remodeling. It was something we were looking forward to. Excellent hotel, excellent staff, highly recommend! November 13, 2014
