Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Suites are only good for two people When I called they said king suite would be good for 4 people. The couch hideway mattress is super thin and not comfortable and they didn't have any sheets in the bag. They also need a better vacuum cleaner, Our grandbaby was a lint brush for all the dog hair on the floor. Pretty gross. The staff was good about bringing extra towels and bedding. But should of already been in the room. I don't think I will stay there again because of the price and condition of the room. August 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service from front desk. The service was excellent. The hotel was clean. The common areas were warm and inviting. The colour scheme was excellent, very relaxing. The front desk attendant, Bonnie was excellent. She was super nice. The kids loved her and we were impressed with her level of service. She went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Service was better than many of the 5 star hotels we've been to. August 27, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, quiet and able to relax Overall the stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The river view side was quiet except for the Band preparing across the river but with the outside door closed it was OK. Weather was great while we were there and a short walk to the downtown area and local restaurants. Holiday Inns have always been above average to excellent in my opinion! August 23, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENT We were there 5 nites and every morning there was always something in the breakfast buffet that was empty. Also pool was cloudy as well as the spa. TV stations were lacking the first 18 channels. We notified the front desk of the problems, nothing was remedied during our entire 5-day stay. For the price, there has got to be something better.
