Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Manager is cooperative I experienced several negative things during my last experience at this hotel. After voicing my concerns the manager contacted me and did what she could to both apologize and assure me that she would talk with her staff about what had happened. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and it was the first time I felt that I may have made a wrong choice in selecting this hotel. The manager assured me that my complaints would be addressed. (a chair that was splitting and stuffing coming out, a bedside phone that did not work, no maid service one day and a poor handling of check in) December 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Definite Airport Stay! My fiancée and I used the hotel's Park-and-Fly package. It turned out to be a great deal and was super easy. They use MVP parking which is right down the street from the hotel. Whether you're using the hotel shuttle or the MVP shuttle, there's always a way to get a ride. The hotel is renovated, but still lovely. Our room was spacious and included some pretty cool amenities (a full-size fridge, oven range and even a dishwasher!). The room smelled like "an older building" but everything was still very very clean. The mattress was not exactly as comfortable as other Holiday Inns I've stayed at, but still great for a hotel near the airport. The staff were super friendly. This hotel will not disappoint! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Early Flight We stayed at Holiday Inn SEA-TAC for one night as we had an early morning flight. We checked into the hotel in the evening then returned the rental car to the airport. I then called the Inn for the free shuttle to come and pick me up at the airport. A short time later, I was on the shuttle to the Inn. In the morning, We had breakfast at 5:00AM and were on the Inn airport shuttle at 5:30AM. We were early enough to beat the lines at the ticket counter and security. This is the second time we have run this scenario and really enjoy the service. December 5, 2014
