I was most pleased with the desk staff who arranged for me to check in early and get my elderly father-in-law into the room. If I am ever in the area and required a hotel I would choose this hotel because of the staff more than anything. June 15, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service Great, accomodations perfect and bed comfortable. This was our second and third stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Our first stay was in Tennessee, second and third in Seattle Sea Tac. Holiday Inn Express was amazing. Both States had the same quality, more than good, excellent. Staff and service excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast perfect. We will be back. June 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great guest service, clean, good shuttle service! The staff was efficient and very friendly! The room very comfortable for one night's stay! We also booked the cruise package and used their shuttle service to and from the cruise ship port. The shuttle service was timely and professional, but be aware...some of the shuttle vehicles are unmarked suburbans that cause one to wonder if they're legit. I was nervous boarding one of these vehicles, because it could've been a scammer picking me up for as few credentials as the drivers seemed to carry. In the end, we were safe and dropped off at the airport just fine, but this information about the shuttle contractor should be disclosed to the guests to make them feel safe. June 10, 2013

The hotel provides a good value package which includes a nice breakfast and free transportation service to and from the cruise ports. The amenities were plentiful for our needs and the staff were both friendly and informative. June 9, 2013
