The front desk clerk asked me if I needed a crib set up. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. The hallway was a little run down, but the room was great. January 1, 2014

We loved the option of having the hotel take and pick us up at one of the local restaurants as we had turned our rental car in already. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by shuttle service to airport and area services staff was great , free shuttle service to airport , area restaurants etc , link light rail ( that will take you downtown and back ( for like $5 round trip ) we went to the famous Seattle fish market and had a great day. the room was quite , i did not here any air plane noise at all in our room and that's a plus. free parking. ( it was like $30 at the regular holiday inn near by ) but no pool or hot tub also try '13 coins' a great restaurant across from the airport. ask for a room on the street side upper floors December 17, 2013

The complimentary shuttle service was perfect for getting us to the transit system to get to and from the game. The next chance we get to see a game again, we plan on staying here. December 8, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall a Good place to stay I spent 3 nights and 4 days at this location. I was happy with all the staff (front desk, cleaning, even the person who left free newspapers at the door each morning) and the room. Yes, there were some Cons such as noise from flights arriving and departing nearby, but after a short while (about 30 mins for me) I didn't even notice them. The curtains were somewhat see-through, but no one was at a location where they could see through and inside your room (except maybe for the first floor) so that was also adequate. On the Pros side, breakfast was more than just continental. There were different kinds of eggs and alternated between sausage links and patties each day. Mountains of bacon were always available. Pancake's were made fresh with a self-use machine. Also cinabon-like pastries, and various types of coffee and creamers. (there was much more stuff, but I just listed what I liked most) So if you got kids, they'll be happy. The location was ideal for me. It was 5 minutes from a South Center Mall (great size mall) some indoor skydiving, enough eateries to keep a dedicated eater with enough variety for weeks. It was 30-40 minutes from Tacoma if you want to see concerts and/or want to visit Green Emerald Casino and only about 15-20 minutes from downtown Seattle. I like to keep things simple and I'm a simple and I can appreciate a great place and service when I experience it. If you're very picky, you may still find the place to a good standard. If you've been spoiled, do yourself a favor by booking a five-star hotel rather than expecting the same kind of experience for a much lower price. Recommendations for the staff: Invest in temperature controlled heater/AC. If you forget to turn off the heater, people tend to get dry or bloody noses. I'm going back to this location as often as I can, especially if I earn some free nights through the IHG rewards club. Thanks for making my stay a good one. November 29, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Very convenient to the airport and shuttle service worked very well. (They leave every half hour most of the day, starting very early.) Walked to a local restaurant (The Bull Pen) only about 2 blocks away. (Bar food, but OK.) They offer to shuttle you to other restaurants if you ask. Good breakfast (also served very early), comfortable bed/room and helpful friendly staff. November 28, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and great staff. Checking in and out at the hotel was quick and easy. The staff had a welcoming attitude. The room I had was comfortable. The only con was the curtains covering the window: 100% thin see-through curtains and 50% or less thick curtains. If you wanted privacy, there would not be enough thick curtains to cover the entire window. November 24, 2013

The facility was neat and clean but was rather plain. Could use a little updating. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff. Average stay There was absolutely no parking when we arrived at the hotel. We had just gotten off of a long flight and had to wait for the employee at the desk to get a hold of another employee to move their car so we didn't have to park overnight in the fire lane (and move our car prior to 8am the following morning). The hotel was noisy. There were people knocking on doors throughout the night, the toilet never stopped running, and construction started promptly at 5am. The breakfast options were average. Staff was friendly, but it didn't make up for the rest of our stay. November 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just what was needed. I was looking for a hotel near SeaTac that was simple and clean, and this Holiday Inn Express fit the bill. The staff was very friendly and quick. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was great. Loved the Firm and Soft pillow options. The hotel was easy to access. The only issue I had with my stay was when I tried to use the business center to print off a document. One computer was in use and the other was installing update 5 of 105 and I didn't want to interrupt that. No fault of the hotel and it didn't effect how I felt about my stay, was just a funny little thing. November 11, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tough night with elephant or two upstairs! Requested top floor but not available on arrival and suggested the fourth floor would be quiet--No Way! We had a elephant or two stomping around from 9PM until about 12:30AM. The trash pickup at about 5AM is a startling effect with the elephants above roaming about 5:30AM. I will never again give in to a floor other than TOP floor, not by elevator, ice machine, exit door. Other than upstairs the stay was OK. The facility is great but the inconsiderate travelers are the problem and has nothing to do with the property. November 7, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value for Money I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express by the Sea-Tac Airport because of its convenience to the airport and its free shuttle. I am a Gold IHG Awards member and was upgraded to a suite for the night. Unfortunately, my stay was very short, so I did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the extra space. The only complaint about the room that I have is that the living room area is a little dark -- there is no lighting on one side of the room. The breakfast is much like breakfasts at other Holiday Inn Expresses -- eggs and sausage and biscuits, as well as cereals, fruit, and juices, etc. There was plenty of food, and the breakfast is served during a fairly wide window of availability, even over the weekend. The only thing that detracted from my stay was the availability of the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. I had to wait at the airport for about 1/2 hour, even though the airport and hotel are only 2 miles apart. I believe that the hotel lets guests use the shuttle to take them to other places, so it's not always immediately available for airport runs in the evening. However, I was compensated with 5000 bonus IHG reward points for the trouble. November 6, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Signs You post a sign in the bathroom on How to Help Our Environment and then it is ignored. I hung my towel every day on the shower rod and every day I got a clean one. I reported this to IHG and was told that a representaive from the hotel would contact me. This never happened and even after I caleed IHG, I received clean towels daily. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good night sleep Front desk personnel were very nice. Popcorn and bottle of water was a nice welcome gift. Stayed on second floor in a 2 room suite. Suite divided into two room: one bedroom with TV, other living room and kitchen with a large frig, microwave, and two burners and with desk, sofa, chair, coffee table and TV. Was nice to sit and eat dinner away from bedroom. Only two glasses in cabinet. Note to call desk for dishes to cook with. The decor was older. Quiet night for great sleep--no noise from outside or hallway. Next to front desk, small room with frozen food, snacks, drinks to buy. Transportation to airport in morning comes every 30 minutes. If you are hungry for dinner but don't want to go to a restaurant... there is a Safeway very close with lots of prepared, hot food to choose from. Very good and reasonable. October 22, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Seattle Package Excellent service on everything! All staff on all shifts were extremely helpful and pleasant, and the rooms were very nice. Bought the Seattle package and was surprised at what we received. Free Shuttle to Blue Rail, 2 tickets for the rail for 2 days (total of 4 tickets), 4 drinks, 4 bags of chips, 4 candy bars.... list goes on and on. This was an excellent way to visit downtown without driving. Hope they keep this package as I plan to return often! October 19, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good sleep and close to the SEATAC airport I was not comfortable by not being provided with the receipt of my stay by the Hotel Receptionist. I made my hotel reservation on line through Google search. I did not realize that the search site took me through one of the sites that provides services for hotel booking. Even though during the check in, the receptionist took and verified my credit card, during the check-out he would not provide me a receipt. He indicated that since I booked and paid through the agency (Hotel one), he could not see the price. Off course, this was an issue for me not able to provide the breakdown of the room fee and the tax associated with it to the company for my expenses. October 16, 2013
