Close to SeaTac and easily accessed via hotel shuttle, which saved time in reaching hotel after arriving at airport and also made car rental the next day relatively convenient. Shuttle made it convenient to return to airport and use Light Rail train to travel to Pioneer Square and downtown area.

The beds and not comfortable and mattresses should not move when getting in and out of bed.
Pillows seem like they are from the 1950's.
Room on international blvd are too loud from traffic
No restaurant on site, which is very inconvenient. Don't stay here unless you want to have to wait for a shuttle.

I've stayed here for work trainings in the past during the week. Great location, easy freeway access, always clean, so we decided to stay overnight for a Mariner's game. Still great service and breakfasts on the weekends and much cheaper than staying in Seattle.

I arrived to the hotel and was staying on points. If I was paying out of pocket I would have left and stayed somewhere else. The halls were a mess and dark. The front desk staff was great but the maintenance staff was not. When I got into my room I tried to call the front desk but the phone was broken. I went down and told the front desk about this and they said they would send someone up. The maintenance guy came 10 minutes later to try the phone and said yup it is broken. He told me he would replace it but after waiting for almost an hour and a half I walked back down to the desk and told them do not bother. I tried using the computers that are for guests and they have so many viruses and ran very slowly. The breakfast was good and hot so that was nice. I experienced other things wrong in the room but did not want to deal with the hassle of waiting to get told it is broken then not fix it. The bed was comfortable and I did sleep well. I expected more out of an IHG property honestly and will not stay again.

At this location, the gem is the staff. They will "wow" you!
The only "low scores" given were in regards to variety of breakfast items and that is if you're there for an extended period of time (like 5 weeks). For a single morning the variety is good.
Sleep quality was also lower in score for me because I slept on the pullout which is pretty uncomfortable. The beds are amazing.
