This is a well maintained property that is reasonably priced for the area. The only problem I had could be pretty serious for business travelers. The internet connection is very poor. I complained to a staff member and they said it was always like that. Apparently internet service is provided by a vendor and the staff has no control over it.
And in the minor annoyance category, the cable channel guide was not up to date and my two favorite cable channels, History and Discover were disabled even though they were listed. Did you guys forget to pay your cable bill?
Other than that, I'd say the place is very clean and the staff was friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely your hotel presents itself. The recent re-model has made a world of difference and the new look is pleasing, clean and bright.
I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and will stay there on our next visit to Seattle.
Located on Rt. 99 makes downtown Seattle quickly accessible.

We chose this Holiday Inn Express because it's near a medical center, where I had a same day surgery. We had not planned for the unexpected need of a wheelchair, portable bath bench, etc. Their friendly and very professional staff provided these items to us at a moment's notice, and without cost. This saved us money as we didn't have to rent the needed items, and made our stay so much bettter!
The breakfast bar was delicious and we had plenty to choose from in their wonderful buffet style. The dining area was clean and large enough that we could take our time and enjoy.
The room was clean and fresh, and included all the little personal items we needed. We loved their pillows!

My family and I stayed two nights at this hotel and found it was very handy to downtown. One reason we chose this location was that I drive 3/4 ton long box extended cab, this would not fit in the downtown location. Just a note, if you take the street that the hotel is on to downtown, it is much faster than the interstate.

All staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and well stocked. Fresh cookies! Free bottled water in the fridge...nice touch... very easy & comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here,and was impressed with Matt,Gavin @ front desk made us welcome from the get go. Directions in,out of Seattle,and pizza joints,these guys know their stuff. Very modern and clean and quiet hotel in great location. Will be back for sure next year.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were only able to stay for 2 nights, and unable to take advantageof of many of the amenities because of the medical emergency that brought us to Seattle in the first place. We will definitely return to this Holiday Inn Express, hopefully for a fun trip next time.

This Holiday Inn Express was sooooo very clean and comfortable. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated, creating a beautiful feeling of serenity and relaxation.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. They greeted us warmly and told us that they were there to help us in any way. When we explained that we were catching a very early flight the next morning, the staff arranged for fresh muffins and other breakfast items to be available to us at 3:30 AM.
This HIE met every need and then some. We highly recommend staying here!

I could only rate the breakfast as average because we checked out of the hotel at 4:30AM and the full array of breakfast offerings was not available. However, the staff was absolutely fantastic in making sure that there was at least some breakfast for us hours before the normal serving time. They went far above and beyond. In addition the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

Joe, the manager, was particularly awesome, very friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the cookies, and when the hairdryer didn't work, he rushed up to our room to give us a new one. When for some weird reason I couldn't use the phone to call my mom in Canada to tell her we arrived safely, Joe quickly connected us using the lobby phone.
