Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Disappointing
Location is within walking distance of famous places in seattle. but the hotel is very disappointing. I was charged a lot of points to stay there, but the service is lacking, staff seemed bothered when I called for some additional items, the breakfast was bad and the room is so tight and bathroom felt dirty.

Exceptionally nice room. I am Priority Club Platinum member, and they gave me a free upgrade to a 2 room suite. It was fantastic!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sprad12 Perfect room type for our requirements
Our stay was good...We had the 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and separate living area with pull-out sofa and 2 bathrooms with small kitchenette. The value was good for this room type as we were able to book the travel agent rate for this stay. We were pleased with the room, breakfast, staff, and location of hotel. The parking fee of 15.00 per day was excessive. The parking was awful and the hotel should NOT charge for the limited and awkward parking options. Again...work an option with the owner of the parking garage and figure into the price of the rate the charge for parking. It is always a let down and a fleecing to always charge for services that should be complimentary with a paid stay at an already overpriced hotel. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we would recommend the hotel with the exception of the excessive parking charges.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Steve503 Good value for downtown
The facility is a bit cramped, and access requires going around a few blocks from most directions. I considered those part of getting a good value downtown and rated from there. The management and staff made it a comfortable stay -- on a busy holiday/football weekend. Breakfast includes legitimate hot entrees, plus the usual "continental" items, and staff keeps things stocked. Good, compact fitness room and pool. Maybe only one reader cares, but stairs are carpeted and accessible -- an indicator or sorts. My 4/5 for "sleeping" was mostly because rooms have outside-wall AC/heat units, which make the window side of the room colder/warmer than the door side, a minor problem.
