Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Canadian Close to many attractions, clean and comfortable
We selected this hotel based on it's proximity to many attractions in Seattle we planned to visit. On that, it was excellent. Just a few blocks to Seattle Center and a fairly easy walk into downtown and Pike Place, unless you have some mobility issues, of course.
Breakfast was excellent in both quality and variety and the staff were very good at keeping everything stocked.
We stayed in a Suite, and it was very large and comfortable for everyone. My daughter slept on the pull-out couch and found it to be more comfortable than many with the provided mattress pad and bedding. Pillows were excellent as well and beds quite comfortable.
The only issue we really had was you could hear people above you walking around and one day there were clearly children above us stomping around, but it wasn't while we were trying to sleep, so didn't bother us much.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by J T W Great location and great services
The entire staff from the front desk and breakfast room was very friendly. The hotel is located a short walk away from the Space Needle. From the Space Needle, we took the monorail to the Westlake area and then walked over to the famous public market area. We then took the light rail from the Westlake area to the international district and had a nice dinner at Chinatown. The public transportation system around Seattle is great.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by misstatiana Friendly staff and great for families
We were primarily in town to visit colleges, but had a couple extra days to see the sights. This location was within walking distance of most of our activities, and a short walk to a bus for the rest. My kids enjoyed breakfast and the pool. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and AC (it was warmer than usual for Seattle). This is our 2nd time staying at this location in the past 2 years and plan to come back again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grendella Comfortable beds and attentive staff
This is my second time staying at this hotel. Although the room was a little expensive, I don't think that had to do with the Holiday Inn because the area of Seattle is expensive for everything. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are wonderful. They have the pillows marked soft or firm. I thought that was a neat thing to do. The staff are very helpful and available anytime. Breakfast was great and they were continually restocking supplies so even if you came late for breakfast, you still had the same choices as the first person that came. Overall a good stay and I would definitely stay again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NO-LAtraveling2015 Fantastic hotel team members
While I feel the value of cost vs. quality of the hotel is a bit unbalanced such that the price is rather high for the quality of the hotel, the excellent team members made the expense a non-issue.
Each team member we interacted with throughout our stay was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. While I was there for business, my family came along to experience Seattle and we had a great time!
The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to walk to most attractions - even with a very young child.

The staff at the hotel are first rate. Always making sure that you are well looked after in all respects. On my 2nd night, housekeeping didn't clean our room, change the towels, etc... When I arrived back at 11pm the staff quickly put me into another room and made sure that we were OK. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Seattle. Great location as well!

I lost the internet connection a bit often, and you have to keep re-entering your password each day, but otherwise a pretty good value.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by LAtravelerCA Comfortable sleep in an average hotel
The staff is friendly but the hotel was overbooked. It is right near a major road through Seattle, but our room was quiet. The rooms aren't large and I would expect a king bed in a single room.
Value: Not the best but it was an expensive weekend in Seattle for all hotels. But Holidays Inns shouldn't be as pricey as we paid.
Breakfast: Not bad for a free meal, but the eggs tasted powdered and were not good.
