My only complaint was the TV channel line up had fox news on Channel 9 or 10, but when I went there it looped back to MSNBC. Which was also on Channel 8. My guess is this was done on purpose. Breakfast was OK with coffee available always but the powdered eggs omelette were only good for a 1 day taste. October 21, 2014

I was staying here while in town for business and the internet connection was virtually non existent, even when connected with an Ethernet cable. Having no connection made it very difficult for me to work. When I called the front desk, they told me that I had to call technical support to get them to look into the problem. Really?? After two days of either no internet or spotty internet, I went to check out a day early when I came back to the hotel around 3:30pm. The front desk proceeded to tell me that I couldn't check out because housekeeping had already left. What??? After telling the front desk that I was checking out and I needed a receipt, it took them approximately 20 minutes to figure it out. As a Platinum Elite member, I was very disappointed in my stay here. October 20, 2014
