Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice and comfortable stay My daughter and I were visiting for the weekend and needed a place to stay and booked this hotel online and have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before but this one was perfect, staff was so nice once entering the building and there were so many restaurants near by. Rooms are a great size even for a family of 4. We would stay again in the near future :) April 22, 2015

Plenty of hot water. The Staff was helpful and very friendly. The only thing they need to work on is faster wireless internet connection. April 21, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Nice hotel but internet is terrible This hotels is very nice but the internet and television are terrible. Slow internet in the rooms and business center. Two different passwords as well. No one told us that there was a different password for the business center. Front desk staff refused to print our boarding passes even though we could not print them in the business center. That had to be the worst customer service that I have seen. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly, Clean The staff was friendly, the hotel and room were very clean and the bedding was comfortable with a variety of softness for pillow choices in the room. The breakfast could be improved and open longer for guests using the late checkout option of 1:00 pm. Breakfast closed at 10:00 or 10:30 am but was too early for me because of getting in the room very late. My late checkout allowed me to go back to bed to get some more rest before my drive home. The lady closed and locked the door precisely at the closing time and I heard a lot of people trying to open the door to get some food. I understand the reason to lock the door but the lady didn't clean up anything right away. In fact I didn't leave until about 20 minutes after closing time and there were other people still eating. Those people at the door could have grabbed something but because the door was locked I thought that was kind of bad. Let the people eat something even if you're cleaning up and putting things away. The breakfast choices were a variety of hot and cold options. However the hot options included a pancake machine that I have never seen before. You press a button and a pancake is made. It's the worst tasting pancake ever and is very rubbery in texture. The egg and cheese tasted very bad as well. All the hot options are frozen types of food that is heated. I would strongly recommend either only offering cereal and fruit or upgrade the hot options to offer real scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. There is a Denny's just in front of the hotel that looks very nice. Maybe offer IHG Rewards members or all guests a voucher to eat at the Denny's. Overall the hotel was great and offered numerous restaurants down the street and a 24 hour Wal-Mart very close as well. April 1, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The good and the bad. Chiclets are not pillows and they are way to soft. A better sausage is needed. Eggs need to be kept hotter. But the staff I encountered were nice. I forgot to give my card but got to give it to them the next morning and I received the points. March 28, 2015
