Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean with friendly, helpful staff This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. I was surprised by the ceiling fan in the room. Only complaint was that the bathroom was dark and the room had a strong smell like perfume. May have been some type of cleaning product. But needed to be toned down a little. September 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to relax Hello , your Hotel was excellent ! I wish the others Holiday inn was this nice and professional . The only Complaint was the breakfast . The food was cold and the Biscuits was hard as a Rock ! The other hotels has milk in a regular carton but you have it in a metal glass and I do not know when this good or when it's due to expire ? Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Return Visit This was my fourth visit this year. Hats off to the exceptional Ms. Kruttie at the front desk and housekeeping Ms. Krishna. Both have outstanding customer service skills and I thank them both for the 5-STAR service. Hotel is in good location for Seguin, close to food and shopping. It can be a bit noisy on the weekends, but overall a good place to stay. September 12, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Return Visit While this was an extended stay, and a good choice of hotels, I did notice a level of customer service from some of the staff that was higher than others. The late night hotel clerk, Khruttie (hope I am spelling correctly) and the hotel maid Krishna (spelling), the A-Team, is absolutely OUTSTANDING! Both ladies are very attentive to the customer and most warm and genuine. They are, in my opinion the gems of the staff, the others not so much, just going through the motions. Overall a good stay with the exception of check-in, where I was not greeted as a Platinum Elite customer nor offered the customary welcome package or points option, not a big deal, but unusual for this property. There were 2 morning of the 8 night stay where I refused to eat in the breakfast room because of it not being cleaned up from an obvious gathering the night before, this was attributed to the night clerk "not having the combination to the door", so breakfast was not ready at 6am nor the room cleaned. This is a great place for travelers on more days than not, but when the A-Team is not working, things are noticeably differant. September 2, 2015
