Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Some flaws Well, basically the usual Holiday Inn Express experience. Unfortunately we found some dead bug in our room and a used band not removed. I did not appreciate the pool being outside: clean water but full of dead bugs. Looks like this stay is all about dead bugs but apart of that all the rest was aligned with my expectations. For the price you pay you have a more than average service. All the staff very kind and helpful. July 26, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Comfortable beds, but the room was not clean! the room needed to be dusted along with the lamps and the lamp shades. Behine the night stand was old food and major dust. The room should be inspected monthly for the detailed cleanings issues. July 21, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by POOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Staff, service, cleanliness GREAT, too many issues with billing. I had two $25.00 pending charges on my account after being charged full amount for my room after checkout. Reviewing my account at home I saw an additional 81.54 charge WHY? I contacted the hotel twice Jennifer & Leigh and IHG corporate office twice Mark & Charday (email) as well as my bank about the erroneous charge. SHOULD NOT have happened! .Apologies are fine, but to make those type of mistakes are inexcusable. SUGGEST PERSONS CHECK ACCOUNTS after checkout for unnecessary billing charges! June 16, 2014
