We had a good experience at a previous stay at Holiday Inn Express so when we say the one as we entered Selma we stopped and checked in. We had another good experience.

Condition of room was unsatisfactory. Beds were not queen they were standard.

We travel every week, stay here periodically for work, and always find this location to be both in good shape and well ran. The check in associates are pleasant in the evening and prompt in taking care of your needs
Breakfast area is typical, but the Lady who manages the breakfast area in the morning is very attentive to the guests, condition of the bar/food area and refills as needed during the period. Very conscientious about her duties and seems happy to be there.
Recommend this location for a good nights rest.
Beds and Pillows are comfortable, humidity is not high in the rooms like some hotels as the heating/air system does a good job. The room fans can be set to ON which is a great feature if you sleep with an air cleaner or fan at home.

Worst holiday inn experience ive ever had. Breakfast was aweful. No juice, ran out of food way before breakfast end time. We were told we would get a full hot breakfast. Cinnamon rolls were hard as a brick. Rooms were not clean-ive stayed at other holiday inn express all over the state, and rooms were immaculate. But not this one. I was very, very disappointed in my stay here. Some one in upper management should really look into this hotel's standards regarding guest appropriations and satisfactions. This hotel has truly "fallen by the wayside."

Found many tiny ants on and around the desk area of the room. None of the outlets in the bathroom were working. Had to move the coffee maker to the upholstered bench in the room's entrance to access a functioning outlet.
Front desk seemed disinterested and annoyed when I reported these issues.
I come to Selma frequently on business. This hotel is a little farther from my destination than where I usually stay but I booked the room on the recommendation from several local business associates. Very disappointed. Will not book here again.
