-Wedding party had met with marketing manager to block 20 hotels
-5 times I called and they did NOT have rooms reserved for Bride and Groom
-Price changed every time

I have met with the marketing manager 3 months prior to our wedding and have blocked off 20+ rooms. At that time, we were told she reserved our rooms for Friday and Saturday evening. I called back two weeks before the wedding to find out the bride and groom did NOT have rooms for Friday or Saturday night. I spoke with a worker that had no clue what he was talking about and somehow my rate increased. I called back the next day and the manager didn't find it to be an issue but blocked the rooms we needed and sent confirmations.
I arrived in town on 9/24/15 and stopped in to make sure they had our rooms and found out AGAIN we had no room for Friday or Saturday. I spoke with a worker and my rate increased AGAIN from the quoted price and they put us in the wrong room.
The day of the wedding they FINALLY had us a room with a higher price than quoted. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Seymour.

Great place to stay when traveling. Staff at front desk is great, breakfast is very good.
