During my stay i had the driver head of my golf club broken off. I used my clubs the day before and it wasn’t broken and when I returned from work the next day it was. The only one in my room that day when I was at work was housekeeping. I also found it weird that the maid did not take the tip that I have left for that day, when she had in the past. She would also say good morning when she would see me, but after it was broken see won’t even make eye contact with me. It was obvious to me that she had knock my clubs over causing the driver head to snap off. When dealing with the GM (who was very nice) he said that he would take it to corporate and see what he could do. After a couple of weeks he came back with he was sorry that it happened, but could not do anything about it. Also said, we do not touch that guest items when we are in the rooms and are not responsible for items that are left in the rooms. So don't leave anything in your room that you care about.
