Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by its ok to stay if budget is limited Nothing special offered to priority club member. Everything is self service no serivce offered. If just need a cheap place to stay, it is ok but I will try different hotel if I visit that area March 27, 2013

There are a lot of restaurants, shopping places, and subway station in walking distance. but there is no shuttle bus from hotel to the subway station or airport. it has a fitness center and a laundry room. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Service. The check in procedure took around 1 hour. Even after modifying booking before a month the staff denied of any modifications. We had to fight for 1 hour to get what we wanted. Even after repeatedly informing the staff at reception of the requirements in the room(shaving kit, safe not working, glass for drinking water, hand wash which was finished) it wasnt fulfilled.
