说是金卡会员每天能免费获取饮料, 但是如果不去索要,服务员基本不会给。 房间的空调完全没有反应,天气冷的时候完全感觉不到在起作用。 沙发看起来像很少清理的样子, 床上的扬尘类似物 也是个大问题, 总之就是地理位置稍好,其他则没有什么亮点。
前台服务员 有时候也处于爱理不理的状态,总之一般。

自从接触过一次酒店的床和睡枕,一直以来就作为商旅酒店的首选品牌。假日酒店的大床和睡枕足可以让我消除一天的疲惫!就三个字:特舒适!

I've stayed in Holiday Inn Express in Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok. This hotel deserves the worst.
They didn't know my reservation.
The reception guys were play mobilephone games when I checked in.
Very poor room facility.
Is it managed by Holiday Inn?!

I have stayed in this hotel in the past 3 years for every time I visited Shanghai, the general experience is good. However, I realise the facility have the aging problems, for example, the carpet is getting old and dirty, shower heads and the lamp on the desk is half broken. These are all minor matters but I think it would be better if this equipment can be upgraded or replaced.
Generally speaking, this place is good for value and I recommend it for the others.

The hotel had probably pre-set its heating limit, so the room and the entire public area were very cold during my stay.
The location is good if you take a taxi everywhere you go.
There is a very big Wal-mart-like supermarket across the street. Restaurant choices are okay.
You can pass on the breakfast.

每次入住后都会被积分搞的很头疼!第一次入住和退房时都有告知前台会员卡号,结果没有给我积分,因为有了前一次的经验,所以第二次入住和退房时再三强调积分的问题,谁知道这次是积了其中一部分,房费的积分没有给我!而且入住期间没有感觉到任何的会员礼遇!唉!很无语啊!

因为是优悦会的金卡会员,被邀请到周末特别优惠价格的资格,由于已经快到年底了,所以带全家在今年的最后一个周末来享受一次寒冬里的温暖之旅。酒店还是中规中矩,由于是时至年终,通常在智选假日酒店中的常客-商务出差和国外旅游团队都不见了踪影,酒店恢复了难得的安静。前台CI&CO及时快捷,大堂休息区空旷而安静,电梯也变得异常的快捷,总之一切都符合快捷酒店的宗旨。
但是可能由于客人减少,早餐的配置也相应的减少了,黄油、果酱的缺乏,咖啡的见底都让人有种年终人散的感觉。
