Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad service and not good hospitality stayed one night last week and wanted to ship my package to my company in China so I asked at the front desk to help me ship it. did the form and paid 20 RMB (thats I've told by the guy at the desk) and front desk supposed to call me when delivery company arrived at the hotel but didn't get that call and shipped out without any call or notice. I came down after a couple hours, no slip no change no tracking number nothing. already shipped out. I asked them at the desk but nothing they couldn't do because nobody knew and the guy i asked for, he was gone for the day. Anyway, i never got anything from this shipping and shopping lost and i couldn't chase it because never had tracking number. bad bad service and hospitality....never ever coming back to this hotel again and maybe not IHG hotel....very disappointed..been enjoying staying this group but sad... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I like the staff here As we all know, a hotel's front desk is first reflected in the entire image of the hotel, giving guests a first impression, imagine the first time in the door, the hotel's front desk staff with friendly smile to my trip sweep fatigue and makes me feel relaxed, this pleasure, is really hard to describe, I do not care how other people look at this hotel, at least in my own stay, I appreciate the relaxed and happy, and I would like my relatives and friends have recommended this hotel, to allow more people to experience this hotel is good, as is the guests I should do! Two times I stayed in the hotel, I was bothered with a strong cigerette smell in my supposedly non-smoking room. May 22, 2016
