My husband stayed on his way to North Carolina to be with me after my father passed away and we stayed on the return trip. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. After staying in a not so pleasant hotel in North Carolina we will only stay at a Holiday Inn now. Always consistent regardless of where you are. This is the only one I have been to that the government rate suddenly changes depending on the weekend and availability. I have found trash in the trashcans on several occasions after we checked in that was not ours. I stay at this location on a regular basis and for the most part it is farely clean and in order but from time to time its like they forget. March 8, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Business trip I stay at this property 4-6 times a year and there always seems to be small issues on every trip. I checked into my room and needed to move rooms right away. The tv would not slide of the armoire so it was impossible to watch tv unless you were laying in bed. They tried to fix it, but that was not going to happen so they upgraded me to a larger room which was very nice of them, but overkill for a single business traveler. On the first night I went to walk on the treadmill and the volume on the tv in the fitness center did not work. I did ask the front desk and they confirmed it was broken and from the sound of it had been for awhile. I guess they weren't in a hurry to fix it. I typically get dinner to go to eat in my room and had left napkins and silverware on the back corner of the work desk and on Wednesday night I came back from work and everything had been thrown away. If it's not in the trash then why is housekeeping throwing anything away? It wasn't touched they day before... Wireless internet is not very good when the hotel is full...needs to be upgraded. Rooms were clean and beds/pillows comfortable which is very important. Never really got to eat breakfast here...They don't open until 6:30 and I need to leave by 6:20 to get the place where I'm working. I travel quite a bit (I'm a Platinum member for IHG) and all I'm looking for is things to work the way they should and people to do the jobs they were trained to do. Unfortunately this is happening less and less in all hotels. March 3, 2015
