Great property as all Holiday Inn Express's seem to be.
I would suggest a tune up on the HVAC in the room. Not a big deal....just needs to be tuned a bit
The front staff were great, pointing out local restaurants and other amenities. We were just passing through on our way home, on the fly, and were treated royally by both the staff and those folks who took our reservation request.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. This is a great facility, I would recommend to others.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the entire faucility.
Our beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious.
The check in and out was prompt and effecient.

We would have liked the room to brighter.....was too dark, overall......brighter light bulbs, perhaps??? Otherwise, we wish there'd been an exhaust fan in the bathroom...but, everything else was clean and perfect!!!!!!!!!

When we checked in the lone customer rep was trying to accommodate what eventually became a line of four separate check ins. But the lady was very nice.
In our room there was a wet wash cloth sitting in the shower on the corner soap rack with a half used hotel shampoo bottle on top of it from the previous guest.
Also there were dark hairs in the sink.
The couch had food crumbs left over from a previous guest as well.
Not the cleanest establishment I have stayed in by a far sight, but the halls were decently quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Had a problem with initial room TV, with contrast being to dark. 3 rooms later finally gave up!!!!
Maintenance leaves a 5PM so could not get master remote to change the contrast/ brightness setting!!!!

I booked my stay with points. However i was billed for my stay due to what i was told was a clerical error at the front desk. i was charged two times for difeerent prices neither of which amounted to the current rate for a stay in any of the rooms. As you could imagine this confused me a little. One of the charges was refunded almost immediately and the other took four buissness days. I was refunded and I do belive that it was an honest mistake (however inconvienient it might have been). I will not stray from this location however, and would still recomend it to friends.
