Your front desk agent during check in and check out was outstanding and very kind Break fast was very good and well stocked. Our room was very clean and comfortable. This a very nice hotel and I will stay here every chance I get. June 23, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good location, good staff, bad shower Stayed here for one night enroute back to TN. The hotel has an easily accessible location and overall is a good choice. The biggest problem which was addressed and compensated for was the shower and overall bathroom condition. The shower had some form of clog which made taking a shower in the morning the equivalent to slogging through a WWI trench. Combined with the lack of a bathroom vent the one experience that was the most important to a good start was substandard. It was brought to the attention of the morning manager who appropriately compensated me and related the problem, of the drain, would be fixed. Breakfast selection was good as the staff worked to set us up to go boxes even though serving hours had not begun. Kudos for that. June 17, 2015

Although extremely busy, the lady in the Breakfast area took time to recognize us; that is NOT common at other properties. June 12, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs updating inside and better maintenance We arrived a bit late and requested a suite for my wife, son and myself. Only suite left was family suite. When we got into room, it was 50 or so. 70 outside. Waste of energy. Turned heat on so we could heat. Spider webs on smoke detectors. Knobs broken off in shower. Controls for hvac inconsistent for the two rooms. One controlled on wall. One at the unit by window. Pancake machine broken. Outside looks nice. Inside diff story. May 30, 2015
