Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unprofessional staff The staff did not appear to be able to keep up with a "full" capacity quest number. They seemed poorly trained and needed two people for everything that one should have been able to do. Maintenance and cleaning staff cut into the breakfast line in front of guests on Sunday morning. I was asked twice between 10:30 and 11:00 when I would be checking out so they could get the room cleaned for the next occupant. (Check-out was at 12:00) The front desk clerk was wearing a plaid flannel shirt while on duty on Sunday morning. Parking spaces were inadequate. November 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay Overall, we had a nice visit. The property is very clean and the room was a good size (king suite) with a very comfortable bed. The price was competitive with others in the area. I've always enjoyed the breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express and this one was great, too. We did have an issue with our toilet; it kept running. After two requests to the front desk to get it fixed, it was still running upon our checkout. I'd still recommend staying there and we would again, but I'd definitely be more forceful about getting the toilet fixed. It was very loud. Other than that, a great stay and I recommend it highly. Not greeted as a Platinum Member. No amenity points or welcome bag was offered. Billing issues from check in to check out. Not a great experience as it had been at that same hotel in the past.
