This hotel is the epitome of excellent customer service! The employees are responsive to guest needs, warm, friendly and, obviously, love their jobs and the important roles they play in ensuring the success of the hotel. This certainly reflects on the management of the hotel and a training program that works. Kudos to all and to every department, including a GM who is leading a great team. He even has positioned his desk in the hotel's lobby! August 22, 2014

Very quiet, clean and comfortable accommodations. Breakfast was tasty and the area was clean and well stocked. We will be back! August 21, 2014

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had brochures in the lobby and we chose one for an afternoon outing at a local winery, which we loved. August 19, 2014
